What a great little spot downtown. Great menu choices and a nice bakery. The staff was friendly and attentive. The waygu burger had lots of flavor. We had the cheese curds for an appetizer and they were delicious. Highly recommend!

I’ve not been to downtown Vallejo since moving away in 1997. Nor was I aware of the business & atmospheric revival, until today! My gal-pal & I have been seeking new places to eat & today we were in search of a breakfast/ brunch locál. We’re so glad we came across Provisions, as they did not disappoint!
First impression, was the outdoor dining area, as it portrays a semi-French sidewalk café (see pics). We decided to take advantage of the morning sunlight & inviting cool breeze under the covered space & seated ourselves. Within seconds a host was present with menus, pleasant greeting & warm smile. The menu was a simple, front to back 4 pager offering; breakfast, lunch, local faves, take & bake meals, hot sandwiches, appetizers, salads, cocktails, coffees & there own Provisions swag merch! The menu presented a variety of simple options that are trendy & yet still slightly anchored toward comfort. Which was great, as I did not feel overwhelmed with my decision of this..or that. We were informed by our host, that most of the dishes can easily be catered to vegan patrons. As you can see from my photos, we both chose the excellent & tasty Croissant Sandwich stacked with; scrambled egg (I ordered mine medium), bacon, cheddar cheese & avocado complimented by a micro green salad with a light vinaigrette dressing, espresso & juice (*not pictured). Our host checked on us regularly, while we enjoyed a brief, peaceful & lovely conversation with a couple who shared a nearby table. The total for our brunch was $48. tax & tip included.
I highly recommend Provisions for their simple & tasty menu variety, both the indoor/outdoor trendy & peaceful atmosphere & highly attentive hosts. We plan to put Provisions on our monthly brunch rotation. Only next time I intend to purchase a few baked goods to go!

Loved this spot in Vallejo! Lots of character and charm plus tasty treats. We ordered a scone, Ube latte, cardamom latte, and house salad. We also ordered fries which they forgot to put in but we were satisfied with the items we did get. The cream apricot scone was delightful with a nice crumb and tender bite. Their lattes were well crafted. The salad was simple but had a delicious dressing and crunchy beets and carrots. There are lots of items I want to try for next time from soft serve to baked goods to entrees. I would definitely go back whenever I’m in Vallejo!

One of my top brunch spots. Chorizo is house made and truly outstanding. Rich churro waffle was mouthwatering and just the right amount of moist and sweet(doesn’t need syrup). Breakfast burrito is delicious but a little too much potato. Vegan breakfast was perfectly spiced and ingredients were fresh and beautifully presented. Fast service and a thoughtful attentive staff

I’ve been here several times; this is a “must-eat” spot when visiting Vallejo. Even their a-la-carte eggs with a side of sausage and a side of beans is super delicious. They’re also known for their fried chicken. The drip coffee is okay; would recommend an espresso drink instead.

Love the atmosphere, overall design, and feel of the restaurant. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The staff there were attentive and helpful. I had the bottomless mimosas, summer toast (seasonal item), and chicken and waffles. This was my second visit.

Great restaurant for Vallejo and fun atmosphere. The cheese curds were delicious!!! The wagyu burger was a little lacking; two pickle slices and three onion rounds??? (I do love my raw onion so I may be a little biased) could punch up the flavor a bit but the fries and salad were phenomenal. The wallpaper in the bathroom though!!! Def superior bay vibes. The desserts were good too. My girl is vegan and had plenty to choose from which helped.

Very nice place to grab brunch or either or. I enjoyed the soup and the tofu sandwich, while my lunch companion enjoyed the chicken sandwich. In terms of pricing, it is a little bit more expensive, however, you get good quality ingredients made well. The tofu sandwich was impressive, not only because their tofu is marinated and was flavor packed, but they use soft tofu, which is harder to do in a sandwich. I was able to order the soup for the side, but wasn’t told that the price would increase by a fair bit. That’s more on me for not asking though. Staff was absolutely welcoming and wonderful, definitely a positive place for Vallejo.

Wow! I used to come here for lunch quite often before Covid and really enjoyed it. What a surprise today when I returned after nearly 2 years away. The place was rocking! We had to park a block away. Loved the outside seating. The transition from the curb to the street was done very well. We sat at a quaint table for 2. Breakfast for 2 with a draft beer for only $40! The Chilaquiles were done perfectly. Yummy! Congrats Niclole. You are killing it!

January 2025 – Still love this place. Brought our new puppy Bode with us for lunch. The beets and avacodo starter was fabulous. We split a burger and it was cooked to perfection! Bode was well behaved and we had a wonderful time. Way to go Provisions team!

September 2025 – This place just keeps getting better. Brought my daughter and her dog Yankee for breakfast. I had the carnitas hash and she had the chicken and waffles. Both were fabulous. I also had a Carquinez cocktail and it was wonderful.
The owner Nicole stopped to chat with us at our table, which was very nice of her.
The only downside was that the City decided to give me a $53 parking ticket for parking in their homeless encampment (parking lot across the street). Oh well, it didn’t take away from the fact that we had a wonderful breakfast. I will be back again.
