disappointed is an understatement. i come here every other day, if not every couple days. i frequent this location nonetheless. the regular employees know who i am, aaliyah who is usually on the grill is a phenomenal employee. i don’t even have to ask! but today, i did not see the regular faces. i almost let it turn me away but i ordered anyways, considering this is been our favorite spot since i was a kid. i ordered the classic italian, usually they ask hot or cold. today they didn’t, and i didn’t specify. miscommunication on both ends, but when i asked to have it remade she gave me attitude and said she already made it. so i said okay, can you make it again? and she said i guess, with an attitude, and began whispering among her coworkers. i got cheese curds which come with ranch, even if they don’t, i was charged for an EXTRA ranch for my fries. she didn’t put it in the bag, so when i asked for it the girl on the grill said “well maybe next time you should ASK for ranch.” i said i definitely did, i was even charged for it. so she gave me the ranch, and also soaked my sandwich in it. my mom offered to pay twice for the troubles, and the remake. she laughed and said “it’s not that deep.” anyways, i feel like this could have been handled better. actually, it has been every other time i came there. the service is what kept me at this location after switching owners. so unfortunately, i will drive the extra mile to go to another location after this.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! i came back the next day for a correction to an order I got the day prior and they handled it with no questions and gave me a free drink for the mix up. The inside looks so nice as well!

Stopped here for the first time today and am happy with the overall experience,
The chicken and cheddar sub was delicious, the seasoned curly fries were fresh, and both were ready much quicker than I expected.
Most importantly for me, the customer service was exemplary. This certainly won’t be the last time I eat here

I got a large steak and cheese hardly anything on it… it just tasted like plain white bread. Very disappointing.
After this happen, the manager reached out to me and apologize for my experience. I went back and got another sub and it was much better! I would go back again. Thank you!

I called in 30 minutes before they closed, said they aren’t taking call in orders. I’m sorry?! What? Everyone else in the world has to work until their shift ends. I’m sorry you’re working at tubbys. Poor customer service. I’ll take my business to Penn Station. I hope this location loses it’s business once again

Newly renovated store. If there is one negative to this Tubby’s, it would have to be the ease of access. But if you’ve never been to this location, just go in the Wendy’s driveway, and you’ll be all set. Despite this setback, it in no way hinders business. This spot always does everything right. They are friendly. The food is good. They have some really good daily lunch deals that will save you money. Nothing bad to say about this place.
