Nasty hair wrapped around my chicken and they barley put any gravy in the cup that I paid extra for. The order was missing half of the chicken and they didn’t put my honey mustard in the bag that I also paid extra for. The chicken is almost always cold and hard. The tikes it’s not the food is actually good but that’s very rare for this location. This location is always lacking and always forget to put items in the bag, check your bags before leaving the drive thru with this location. The customer service is lacking very bad here, very rude workers, bad management and they are so stingy with any extra sauce. With how much you pay the order should be correct at least 50% of the time. Don’t even try to contact them about a refund because they say they’ll get back with you but never actually do anything.

this is like the fifth and probably final time im ordering from at least this cruddy popeyes. everytime i order they leave stuff out and the food seems old. today they left out my biscuits and large red beans and rice. the biscuit is forgivable but i will never forgive the red beans and rice. worst experience at any popeyes ive been too im so tired of it. might i even say you guys suck

In the past few weeks I’ve seen a huge increase in quality of their food especially at night. I guess there’s a new night manager I think his name is Jonathan and he is going to do great things for this Popeyes location. He is extremely friendly and professional he also makes sure your food is hot and fresh even if he has to cook new chicken. Very happy with what’s happening at this store

Food is as expected for Popeyes. I personally like it, which I why I go here. Theyre also nice folks. They’re just really slow, which is understandable on a busy day or lunch/dinner rush. But I have literally been the only person in the store or the drive thru and it took just shy of 15 mins for a 3 piece chicken tendy combo.

this has to be the worst popeyes i’ve ever been to. they constantly forget things out of your order. on top of that seem to literally be “out”of everything 24/7. i placed an order on the app for two big boxes. one tender one and a classic one. my dasher then texts me that they don’t have classic chicken or tenders. like are you kidding me? a FRIED chicken place doesn’t have literal fried chicken?!??waste of time AND money.

I travel quite often and dine out. I have had the pleasure to dine at the Popeyes in Enid Ok frequently and without a doubt Angie runs an amazing store. Her staff, especially Michelle always exceeds expectations. You are fortunate to have a manager like Angie within your company.
