Thirty minutes late and the food was almost inedible. It was dry and overcooked. What a waste of money. They also forgot the only topping on my pizza. Plus, customer service was less than helpful.
Part two; well they gave me a free pizza so I decided to give them another try. Of course to get the free pizza you have to spend 15 dollars to get it delivered, which comes out to 23 dollars after taxes and surcharges. Am I the only one that thinks this is a pretty lame looking pizza??

Ordered Pizza and Wings and they use door dash for delivery. When it gets here I am missing the wings and the driver tried to debate with me saying I didn’t order them. After showing him my receipt he said I should call the store. After over an hour trying to get in touch with the store and no luck I gave up. Used to be a regular customer but not anymore. After $5.49 in delivery fees and a $5 tip for less than a mile drive I expect more from both Pizza Hut and Door Dash as partners.

I just picked up my order and am beyond disappointed. Pizza was overcooked and very very very dry. We even asked for extra sauce but didn’t get it. No plates, napkins, cheese or pepper packets! I cannot believe I spent my money on this pizza which basically tasted like card board. We will never be ordering from here ever again due to this very negative experience.

I hate to give bad reviews. I know it hurts the business .. and I WILL SAY THIS.. the staff TRIED to be decent and apologetic and the food itself was well cooked. My problem is that it took nearly an hour to get my order I had placed using the app. And the reason was New Years Eve DELIVERY ORDERS that were taking precedence over orders placed by customers that decided to venture out in the rain and get their own food. I don’t think thats a very good business strategy. You should give priority to customers that actually show up to your place of business as opposed to making them wait as they take care of DOORDASH or UBER EATS orders. That’s my official position on that. Other then that, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. Again, the staff was apologetic and courteous and the food was well prepared, but the wait made for a negative experience.

I ordered a carryout for 2 pizzas, cinnamon sticks and breads ticks. Ive now been on the phone with India or wherever for over an hour because the only thing correct was the cinnamon sticks. The food was cold and one of the pizza clearly had a few pieces of pepperoni stolen off it. Only to find out that only the store can make corrections. Stayed on hold for the store for 30 minutes without any response. So looks like my only solution is to throw this cold pizza away and go to papa John’s. I will be forced to make a face to face appearance to request a refund. FYI when India tells you to call their customer service hot line, all it tells you to do is contact the store creating a vicious cycle that will only make you more upset. Unfortunately, if I ever order Pizza Hut again, ill be forced to open every box to ensure the employees are giving me what I ordered

Our delivery order was messed up. They messed up one item, forgot an item, and forgot add ons all of which was paid for. When I called the store I was on hold for over 10 minutes before someone finally answered and she offered to fix it by sending the correct items out with another driver. Perfect. Except an hour goes by and we have nothing. I call the store again and I’m hold for over 30 minutes just for someone at the store to pick up the phone and hang up without speaking to me. At this point I’m irritated and mad so I drive down there and ask for a refund for my missing item, the “stand-in” manager of the night told me she can’t do a refund and gives me a complaint voucher. When I asked for corporate’s number she says she doesn’t have it and tells me to call back tomorrow. Thanks so much Pizza Hut! Glad to know y’all are running such a great business

I picked up a supreme pan pizza on 12/28/2022 at 6;15 pm with extra marinara sauce… when I picked up the pizza from driving all the way across town it had no marinara sauce at all. The rest of the pizza was correct except for the sauce on top and to top it off I left a tip. Here some pics

Breadsticks are delicious as always. IDK if it’s me or if things have changed, but the pan pizza doesn’t have that same flavor/texture. It’s gummy and the crust isn’t crisp.

I came nearly an hour before closing which I felt bad about, but thats why im also leaving this review! I just wanted to say thanks to Jose for providing excellent customer service! I also noticed the first thing he did when i walked in was wash his hands, that is a huge Plus in my book!
My order was prepared quickly and was very good! It’s been a long time since my last visit to a pizza hut, i will say this definitely draws me back in with this experience!

You never get wings with any sauce. Wing street my A— — ..Ordered pickup was there when the took it out . Of course .60 wing night 24 count. 60.00 order…Happens every time, but my first picture . Didn’t think it was a pattern or would have logged more..Your 4 year old picky eater would love it being practically plain.
Hard to tell if corporate orders or lazy staff. Pizza always been good though.Wings , just chicken nuggets sprinkled with sauce . Just go to frys get nuggets and buy red hot.
