The wait was a little long, especially considering I was the only car there. But the food was hot and fresh, even though the tots were not cooked crispy like I asked. The waitress didn’t have any change and had to go back inside to break my $10.

The food is ok at best. The service is leaving everything to be desired. They do not accept anything larger than a $20 although it isn’t posted. The last time I used their restrooms the water was scalding hot. Whoever owns the Sonic on 16th street should take over this one.

Usually a good spot however, tonight I used the App and had to wait along with SEVERAL CARS AND PPL at the stalls for the food.
Manager came out all “BUFFED” and said he was going to stop taking orders due to and I quote “ I’m down 3 dam cooks and I’m cooking tonight and we behind” The 2 young girls WERE AWESOME! They worked patiently with the customers and tried to make sure we all were taken care of. Laura and the the other young lady really did good. I wish that the manager was not as annoying and seemed bothered to actually do the work that was needed.

Even though my coworker and I waited over 45 minutes to get our food ( I had a coney and a drink ONLY) it was a tad cold and watered down, Laura and her coworker did great!

Wrong food and it Took forever.

We went to stall 18 and pressed the button for service, several times, but no one ever answered. So eventually we figured the button must have been broken and we went to the drive through. The intercom there worked, but not very well. I had to yell into it. Then at the window she told me the price but it was too high. She thought I wanted 4 burgers when I only wanted 3, but she said the correct burgers. 27 minutes later she gave us our burgers and we drove off, anxious to finally get away. Remember we were in the stall for a while before going to the drive through. Then we opened up our burgers, only to find that the ones I ordered for my picky kids were wrong and they refused to eat them.

I visit this location on my lunch break. The service was above and beyond. Amanda, the manager, introduced herself, and a few minutes later, she was bringing another customer their order. I had my head down, and she stopped to ask me if I was okay. We give each other a thumbs up. Amanda’s act of kindness is amazing.

Literally just ordered a popcorn chicken with honey mustard…and received no honey mustard. No ketchup for my tots, and 1 measly napkin…to top this all off, I ordered a diet Dr Pepper with sugar free cherry syrup; it’s not the sugar free syrup. So thanks for making my dinner that was supposed to be enjoyable after a full day of driving awful.

I wish I was a mystery shopper. But instead ill put it here. The food was great. Better than usual. The service was terrible. The person taking my order took my order in a rush and did not say their name or repeat back my order. When my order arrived fresh and hot. The person who handed my order did not tell me there name or repeat my order. They passed me my items and told me the total. When I hand her the money they process to ask me if I want the change(which is rude). All in all.. My score for this store is a 60. The cooks did well. The service is slacking. Have a good day.

Probably the worst Sonic, I have ever been to. First they were out of chili. Then I ordered the new peanut butter bacon shake. The machine was down. So my son ordered mozzarella sticks. And they were cold and full of OLD grease. We threw them out. Get it together. I know these are franchised. So the owner needs to step up. And fix the problems. On the up side, the car hop was very apologetic. And did her best. So I did, tip her.
