Public Eat + Drink we visited as we were driving through North Adam’s while leaf peeping. It seemed to be popular and was a full house. The food was well made, and service was among the best . I did not take pictures of the inside but the place has a trendy atmosphere. There is a full bar, plenty of seating. Took some food pics but did not take pics inside. I will next time! All in all a good experience! If in North Adam’s Massachusetts stop in!!!

We stopped in for an early dinner and it was great. It started off with a nice welcome. Matt was our server and he was great. We both had burgers that were fantastic! This place did not disappoint and if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely eat here!

I went with my family for dinner and we had a great experience!
The food was very good.
I got the Raspberry No-jito because I don’t drink, and it was super refreshing, and not overpoweringly sweet.
For apps, we got the Tuna Nachos and the Grilled Calamari. As a person who is not a huge fan of fish, both had a pretty mild fish taste, and I could eat both. I forgot to take pictures . I was hungry.
For my main I got the Public Burger with the impossible burger replacement (I don’t eat beef). It was very good, and it was pretty juicy and the fries are really good. Get a side of the garlic aioli if you can!!
Dessert was the Coconut Rice Pudding and it was a great refreshing dessert to end the meal. It wasn’t overly sweet and the presentation was very cute.
Service was also very good, our waitress was very nice, and left the bacon for my burger on the side in case I didn’t eat meat. She was thoughtful and genuine. I would say that if you want to eat during rush hour, make a reservation. We were a party of four, and we had to sit at a high top lol, we made it work though.
Overall, we had a very good experience, would come again 😀

Amazing food. Spanakopita app was sublime. ( we are Greek!) salmon with risotto and broccoli rabi was incredibly delicious. Nice portions. Great pours of libations!

The place is cool and the atmosphere was solid. However, we waited almost an hour for food despite seeing others get their food and saw our waitress maybe twice in between the wait.
Other than that, burger was decent. My girlfriend got the Statler Chicken Breast and did not enjoy the sauce. Also dry chicken.

We did a buy-out at PUBLIC eat + drink for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party in October, and it was absolutely perfect. Jared and all the staff were fantastic to work with and helped answer all of our questions as we planned. The food was to die for – we had several people tell us the mini burger was the best burger they’d ever had! And the cocktails were so good! It was truly the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend in North Adams. Our only regret was that we didn’t have room to eat more of the delicious food!
