Hosted my book club at Cibo’s last night and it was honestly such a great experience. The whole staff was so welcoming and made everything super easy for us.
Iris was amazing so sweet, attentive, and on top of everything. We never felt like a bother once. And Dara was such a great and patient bartender, keeping the drinks coming and taking care of everyone with the best attitude.
The food was sooo good too. Everything came out fresh and delicious. Such a fun night,can’t wait to come back!

Recently went there for girl dinner and it was so cute and so affordable. For only $25 dollars we got a salad and we got a choice of penne ala vodka with it or a garlic Parmesan fries and a martini included! Everybody was so sweet and pleasurable to be around. It’s a new spot and it’s a great place to come and support! Love love love!

If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience in Patchogue, CIBO is an absolute must. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how warm and inviting the space felt. The decor, seating, and lighting create the perfect atmosphere—elegant yet comfortable, making it ideal for both a family dinner and a special night out.
The food was outstanding across the board. The Veal Parmigiana was unbelievably tender and delicious, and the homemade pomodoro sauce was truly out of this world—rich, vibrant, and clearly made with care. The Mozzarella Carozza was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious, with that satisfying balance of crisp and creamy. The Mediterranean sea bass was flavorful and cooked beautifully. Every entrée was presented so artfully—it almost felt wrong to disturb the plates because they were so beautiful.
Our son ordered the personal pan pizza, and it was just perfectly made. The crust had that ideal crispness, and you could tell it was crafted with attention to detail.
We also tried the CIBO Cosmopolitan, their signature drink, and it did not disappoint. It was light, fruity, refreshing, and simply delicious—the perfect complement to the meal.
A special thank you to Tiffany, our server, who made the evening even better. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making us feel truly welcomed.

I recently dined at CIBO in Patchogue and ordered the Mediterranean Sea Bass, and it was delicious.The pan-seared filet was cooked beautifully — crisp on the outside with a tender, flaky inside.
The atmosphere at CIBO strikes a great balance between upscale and comfortable. Loved the colors. Tiffany, our server, was attentive and friendly, making the overall experience even better. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Hands down “The” best pizza around, and let’s face it their are ALOT of pizza places in the Patchogue area. You can tell that the ingredients are top notch. When you take that slice of pizza and fold it in half to take a bite, not one bit of oil drips out. This shows you that the cheese is high end. The crust is crunchy and airy, and the sauce is not sweet nor is it acidic. It is perfectly balanced and leaves your taste buds just wanting more !!

I just tried the restaurant for takeout today. I had penne à la vodka, the meatballs with ricotta and the garlic bread. Everything was really good if you like garlic, the garlic bread was really good like they stuffed the bread. It was delicious if you like a lot of garlic, which I do Most places hardly have any garlic or butter or oil. This was really delicious. Pasta was really good. Could’ve been a large amount. I’m used to mama Bella‘s who is about three times a size but it was very delicious and I will be back to try something new.
