Wow I got one of their lemon sponge cake muffins. So good. In the past, I have not been a fan of gluten-free baked goods, but this one was very good. The shop itself is very cute, nice and clean and welcoming. Love to see the shops in downtown Springfield.

Such a nice place! Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Great selection of treats and as with any dedicated gluten-free establishment, it is so refreshing to be able to eat whatever I like here with no worries! I got the cheesecake, lemon bar, and apple cider donut muffin and my goodness they were all incredible. No sandy texture. Perfectly moist. They’re so delicious I’d be afraid they weren’t gluten-free if I didn’t know they came from a dedicated facility! So glad to have Estelle in town!

I’ve been wanting to try Estelle since it opened, and when I saw on their Instagram they were doing holiday cookie boxes I couldn’t resist! Every single cookie was Devine, and no one would have known they were gluten free if I hadn’t said so. The flavors, textures, and look were all 10/10 for gluten free baked goodies. Rachel stayed right till closing on Christmas Eve so I could grab them and was warm and kind during the hand off. I didn’t stay to eat, but it’s so comfy and cute in there. The kind of place that feels as good as everything tastes. Highly recommend for anyone – those who avoid gluten AND those who don’t. You won’t notice! Can’t wait to try more – bread, cakes, brownies…if they’re anything like the cookies I’ll be a happy lady!

Estelle is an absolute treasure. Wonderful menu that changes weekly with reoccurring seasonal favorites. This is one of those rare gems where you can take people who don’t need to eat gluten free, and they will be surprised at how good it is. For those that follow a gluten free diet it’s the best place in town if you want food that “tastes like the real thing” but it should be noted; Estelle is the real deal. Her sweet and savories are perfection.

Staff was very helpful and provided a bit of information on the history of the restaurant. Gluten-free bakery including a breakfast pastry. That was so good. We also purchased several pastries to take for the road. My husband, who is not gluten free, said we will be going back. He loved the food as well!

Delicious and adorable, relaxing atmosphere. We got a sausage leek savory galette and sat in the cutest window bench seat to watch the rain outside. The rhubarb coffee cake was delicious with tart moist rhubarb pieces and perfectly paired with the Wandering Goat coffee. Just go already!!

We dropped in here during our morning walk and loved it! We ordered one blueberry walnut crisp bar and one apple cider donut cake. Both were phenomenal! The crisp bar was so flavorful as was the donut cake! We ordered a mint green tea to go and it’s refreshing. We will be returning for more!
