Very rude and bad customer service. Leyla went into my bag that was already boxed and took chicken out of my box to give to another customer. Then insisted I have to wait for the next batch to come out. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t recommend going to this location. They don’t hold their employees accountable when they are wrong.

I should have read the reviews BEFORE coming to this location. On 12/09/25 at 1:56pm, I spent $84.81 (order#129) getting chicken for a work potluck and they forgot my 6 pc wings I got to eat before the party started because I’m diabetic and was hungry. I’m unable to leave the hospital where I work, so I called five times to let someone know and the phone rings until it hangs up. Now I have to call corporate because Yanira is too preoccupied talking to the friend she gave freebies to, that she screwed my order up completely. I’m not understanding how they still employ folks that can’t get an order right…you have one job and you can’t do it right. I am not happy at all. I’ll go next door to Sardi’s if I ever want anything from this area or Chik-Fil-A.

NEVER AGAIN! WILL I PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT I kid you, not I will let the pictures talk for themselves (PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO PERUSE THEM) this is just what’s on the surface and it is very brief. After waiting 10 minutes and watching the fry cook be let go for the evening presumably, our food came out (it was undercooked) the coleslaw was room temperature and then got put on top of hot chicken when bagged to go by the manager. The other staff is very kind, you can tell they’re overworked understaffed and paid a pittance, they do their best. The micro-manager is always Hawking around them and the cashregisters but if and when you need to talk to her she retreats to the back and becomes unaccessible. Upon inquiring I was informed that neither the Male nor Female Restrooms were not in service. My follow up question as to why neither restroom was available was met with a look of perplexity, complimented by a shrug of frustration. Hope this helps!

Oh, Popeyes… where do I even start? I ordered the shrimp meal, but apparently the shrimp clocked out early, all I got were a few crispy mystery shards and some dehydrated seafood slivers that looked like they’d been through the Sahara.
The chicken? Let’s just say it had commitment issues. Half cooked, half gooey, and 100% regret. The fries were so hard I could’ve used them to patch a roof, and the drink tasted like mildew with a splash of despair and was only half full, so maybe they were being merciful.
I tried to find something positive, but unless we’re grading on “chewy texture variety” or “impressive crunch acoustics,” this was a total fail.
If Gordon Ramsay ever ate here, he’d file a police report.

The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They always get my order wrong. I have to explain 6 times what I want. Half of them don’t understand what you’re saying and give you the wrong stuff. I recommend staying away from there.

The reason I give three stars is for their mashed potato gravy. I have not had Popeyes for about a year, I wonder they have changed recipe? It is watery,no flavor. I don’t know what has happened to it.

THE WORST!! Every time that I have patronized this location they get the order wrong. I ordered 3 boxes of chicken tenders and 2 two boxes of fries. If I didn’t check the order they would have sent me home missing FRIES and 2 out of 4 apple pies.
