For the first time today, I went through the drive through, i could barely hear because of the intercom, but that’s not my fault.That’s up to subway to fix it.So they can hear their customers… But I ordered a sub just to get home, and find out they didn’t even get my order. Correct. So it ‘S.A. little stressful that when I get home thinking, my order’s gonna be good. I have to go back out and go get it. I called first they hung up on me. When I said, I’m gonna come up there and return it and get it replaced caused it. I did pay for a whole sub with what I ask for and whoever the girl is that was working today was saying she wanted me to get the receipt. If I have the sub and i’m saying my order is wrong, why am I having to go through all this trouble when I know exactly what I ordered and I was returning after 5 minutes. I’ll just be in there. And she got rude back with me saying, well, I don’t have to make your order if I don’t want to, but I’m choosing to because I’m being nice. It’s not my fault. Your order was messed up. What’s not my fault that intercom doesn’t work. Because that company does not want to fix their intercom, so they can hear their customers. Sometimes you need to have an attitude. So people get your order, correct. Cause who wants to go back out of their house when they just got home to find out their order is messed up
And I repeated myself like 3 times and still didn’t get it right.

Today on 12-29-25 at 550pm I stopped in to get a wrap. They only had one girl working but wow was she holding down the fort!!! Doing an amazing job considering she was the only one working. Very kind as well, she deserves a raise at the very least. Will update when I get her name of she’s there next time I go. Hopefully corporate sees this and makes something happen for her

I ordered 2 footlong subs at 9:25pm. Then at 9:46pm I received an email saying I cancelled the order so I called the store and the lady who picked up said that the order came through right as she was closing her drawer and they were closed now and I could wait a week to get refunded my money or come up there tomorrow and get my order then. I ordered delivery because I do not have a vehicle so when I said that she very rudely told me well then you’ll just have to ask for a refund then. So I told her thank you and I will be leaving a horrible review. And to top it off I used my overdraft on my card and now only have cash and subway takes up to a week to refund. Oh and I forgot to mention this subway doesn’t even close until 10 pm!!

Horrible service. The dining room is always closed and they force you to only use drive-thru and mobile. You can see lights on, bread in the oven and an open sign..but no one comes to the door. They just look at you though the drive-thru window. Minus 5 rating

Way to scam people!! I ordered a sandwich for my husband for dinner as i was in the hospital with my daughter for four days just for my husband to try and pick his food up and no one is there and the store is not refunding the money they kept my money! They refuse to answer phones, refund the money. The fact no one was in the store how was my husband sandwich made if no one was there??REFUND MY MONEY! Almost $20 worth of food and never got it!!

Ordered on subway.com and had delivered a sub that did not have the correct sauce and had the wrong cookies and missing a pop. Called the store was told I can not get my money back because I went through door dash. I ordered on the website of subway in Port Huron on 24yh Street. The manager was very rude told me I needed to go through door dash. I did not use door dash app to order my food. Called door dash customer service they said I needed to go through subway which I did. I recommend not going to the 24th St subway unless u want shitty food and a rude manager. I’m glad I work my butt off to lose my money to a shitty store
