I haven’t really been back since I noticed the blonde haired young women hasn’t been working. The couple times I’ve been, the service hasn’t been kind, or the drinks taste as good. It’s unfortunate. I looked forward to my morning coffee and being greeted kindly.

Fell in a huge hole in front of the store. I didn’t realize it was a drive through only and was trying to find the front door into the store, and fell in a hole & really hurt my back today I try to call the store in let them know. They told me to get on their website and contact somebody there. I couldn’t figure out how to do it.

Scooters coffee is one of my favorites in the area. They have a very delicious chocolate latte. If you go there you should try their coffee chocolate which has a very distinct taste that you might go back to buy it again.
It’s a very small coffee shop inside Phelps health hospital (Medical offices building). They have very delicious cinnamon rolls.
Their employees are always welcoming, nice, professional, and they keep asking you about your order preferences so they can make it right.
Overall its a really good place to get your morning coffee.

Great place to stop for coffee at the hospital. They actually have two locations at phelps. One in the main hospital and one in the MOB. They also offer payroll deduct for Phelps Health employees.

I would normally give the a 10 star. But I have to say the Scooters in Rolla has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I am from Oklahoma and I love love love Scooters coffee! ❤️ it is my favorite coffee. It is even way better Starbucks. This one in Rolla, I went through the drive through right behind another customer at 6:09 pm on Sunday and I was told she could not help me because they where short on staff. I wished this place could get new managers and run it like a business should be ran. Helping your customers.

So the only reason why I give three stars is because of the actual product. I have been to scooters 5x. The atmosphere and workers are wonderful.
The coffee drinks I get are iced flavored lattes. I have noticed that the coffee is ok a little too acidic in comparison to other coffee shops and the flavors I can not seem to get a liking to. The flavoring is very synthetic tasting more so than an “artificial” taste, they are just bad. I tried the pistachio latte and that thus far has been the worst.

I pre ordered and paid on the app near closing. The clock hit 801pm as I pulled up to the speaker and was told they wouldn’t make my drink because they closed at 8pm. If I had ordered from the drive thru at 759pm and pulled up to the window at 801pm to Pay would have have been told no? I have never been turned away from a prepaid order at closing. Also I they made a previous drink wrong and wouldn’t replace it. Just kept saying mgr would call me.
Hi, I still haven’t received a refund for the drink I didn’t receive on Fri. I have called the store every day to ask about refund and no one answers. There also hasn’t been any follow up from their customer service team after I followed the link they provided and submitted my information.

The coffee at Scooter’s is some of the best I have had and is more affordable than other coffee shops. As good as the coffee is, their smoothies are even better! My favorite is the peanut butter protein smoothie. It is so great that I have to really limit myself, so I don’t gain weight.

Great for getting coffee if you’re at the Phelps County Medical Center.
However this is not a “drive thru” service (you have to park in the Medical Center parking lot) and its not a place to come to if you’re looking for a nice coffee shop to chill at. Has that classic hospital smell.
