Miya was absolutely incredible. Normally I don’t leave reviews but she made my day. I come here every night and she is always so sweet to me. She recommended a me a new smoothie every night and new suggestions for food and it hit perfect every time. This is a wonderful young worker. She engages and talks to my young daughter asking how her day is and keeping up with how our day goes. I haven’t had a good experience with all workers but she is the only thing keeping me coming back. If your seeing this, thank you for making my night!

This was my first time visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I would give the staff 5 stars for their friendliness and serve. My only issue, as both a mom and an educator, is that there should be a choice of how much sugar you want in your smoothie. I was shocked to find out that my almond banana whey smoothie, which sounds healthy, had a whooping 89 grams of sugar, which would be 22.25 teaspoons of sugar. That is very high and 132% of the healthy recommended intake. I would have been happy with just 2 teaspoons of sugar in my shake. So if you want to be healthy, watch how much sugar is in shake. And management, please give customers an option of how much sugar they want in their smoothie. Thanks for listening!
