This is my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is so friendly and the vibe is welcoming. Plenty of room to sit and work or just relax. Kyle is so kind and enthusiastic. The drinks are consistently good and high quality.

I’ve been consistently disappointed with the quality and consistency of my drinks at this location. Coffee is supposed to be an enjoyable part of my day, but lately it’s become frustrating.
There seems to be a lack of consistency from one visit to the next. Sometimes my drink comes with cold foam, other times it barley is on top. When I request light ice, I often receive extra ice instead. The flavor is noticeably different each time, and you can even tell by the appearance that it’s not being prepared the same way.
When ordering a shaken espresso, I expect it to actually resemble and taste like coffee — not look like a cup of white milk with just a splash of coffee. The differences have been significant and consistent enough to be concerning. Staff is nice but quality would get a 1 star

I don’t normally write reviews but overall the service is great and the coffee is mostly consistent but one thing that stands out the most is Sue. Miss Sue is the kindest and gentlest lady I have ever met and ever morning she gives a great smile and greats me by name and ask a simple questions about things going on in my life to catch up. These interaction last no more than 30 seconds but it’s a great start to the day when Sue is around. Thank you miss Sue for everything you do. It does not go unnoticed 🙂 <3

I paid $7 for a tall brown sugar. I basically paid for a cup of ice. I only had like 4 sips of coffee. After reading all the reviews I can agree I’ve also had bad experiences in the past with rude staff.

As a regular at this location I’m always happy when Madi is working in the drive thru. She has such a positive vibe about her and it’s contagious, I really enjoy our brief chats. The coffee is always good and their patio has amazing views.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff at Draper Pkwy & 13th E in Draper UT. I was so excited to get my first holiday beverage of the season and, at the drive through window, the barista dropped and spilled it all over me and the inside of my new car. No refund, no drink remake, nothing. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this made me so sad that I dont think I will come back the rest of the holiday season. $7 down the drain literally

I always choose this Starbucks over the one closer to my home because of Sue. She’s always kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond. She’s the only one who’s ever willing to check in the back for the KOIA protein drink I come in for—and she actually finds it. When she’s not here, I’m often told it’s out of stock without anyone even checking, which feels a bit dismissive. I believe the other young ladies could be a little more courteous and take a note from Sue’s example. She represents everything Starbucks should stand for: excellent service, genuine care, and a reason to pay a premium. She’s the best!

I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino, but they gave me a hot drink instead. I actually wanted it iced. They remade it for me, but it was still wrong. I don’t even feel like going to this Starbucks again next time.
