Overall the food is decent. But the prices have increased quite a bit. The service varies on what people are working that day. But $3 bucks for a Dilly bar. I remember when they used to be$1.00 at one time.

I ordered two mini pumpkin blizzards and they didn’t serve either of them upside down and I pointed it out and she lied to my face and said that they don’t do that with the pumpkin ones because of the whipped cream, but that’s bullshit because I Turned it upside down, and the whipped cream didn’t even budge they just didn’t wanna give me a free one

Very upsetting when I look up the hours of operation and drive all the way from my house just to see the damn sign up in the drive thru a hour earlier than what it says online. This has happened to me many times and it ticks me off to get my children excited for a late night treat just to be shocked once again the hours are wrong. Please fix your drive thru hours if you’re not going to be open that late don’t lie and have people count on you being open it’s not right!!!!

By far the WORST dairy queen i have ever been too. I waited in the drive through for around 15 minutes and by the time i was at the window i was never greeted, and never acknowledged. I have worked food service and try to give grace to food-service workers but this was honestly appalling.

The drive-thru window worker was incredibly rude. She was super short and looked annoyed to be helping us. She also shoved our food bag in our faces and then slammed the window on us as soon as we grabbed it from her. This was on 9/11/25

This Dairy Queen is an absolute rip-off. We ordered two SMALL chocolate dipped cones and the price was $8.20. When we got the cones they were not even a normal small sized cone. They were like the cones you see pets get. Literally the smallest ice cream cone I have ever seen. Will not go back.

I’m really upset about their hours. The drive through line is always more than 10 cars and it takes forever to get through. They close the lobby at 8pm. Like really? 8pm? That’s so early. Especially since we are coming up on summer. There has to be a better way to take care of it.
