After taking my 78 yr old aunt to West Palm Beach to her Dr’s appointment, she wanted Popeyes. But only from the Popeyes in Belle Glade. We past many, many restaurants going down Southern Blvd, only to be disappointed in the service at the Belle Glade location. 1st, I originally wanted the Flounder Sandwich combo, but the guy taking my order didn’t know how to enter it in the system. So instead, i ordered a chicken combo meal. My aunt ordered the wings combo meal. It is suppose to come with two sides and a biscut. Neither one of us got our biscuits and my aunt only got one of her sides, so I gsve her mine. It was a “to go” order and they didn’t even put napkins or fork/spoon in the bag. And they weren’t that busy either, so im not sure what the problem was. Staff was polite, but they really need to train them better.

Bell Glade, FL. We came on a Sunday around 1:00 pm and of course it was crowded. The staff was hustling and the chicken was in good supply! They also put out fresh red beans as I watched. The person putting it in the heating tray said, “Coming through! Hot! Hot! Hot!”
Steve said the red beans and rice were outstanding. His chicken was not spicy as he’d ordered but he liked it fine. He’d asked for honey for his biscuit but they gave him grape jelly and hot sauce. But he still gobbled everything up.
He got the fried apple pie. The cinnamon sugar got all over him and the car. There was hardly any apples in it.
We still love Popeyes, though. This one was good enough.

I just left this Popeyes Because The two ladies That worked there were so unprofessional And told me that they couldn’t do two separate orders through drive-through I never heard that ever in my life So they told me To make another order, I have to go back around and re-order Why would I do that? If I’m ordering right there in then.. that’s so wrong. This Popeyes missed out on my money because of them good luck.

Stopped by to grab some lunch to go.
The restroom was a mess (photosattached) and they had a wet floor sign out and the floor wasn’t even wet. It was busy as heck and I truly believe they forgot to season the chicken tenders because all they had on them was flower (photos attached) but they was fresh as they could get.
Next time I stop by I’m asking if the chicken have seasoning first.

It honestly feels like Popeyes doesn’t even want to take my order when I order online. I’ll place it, get the confirmation, and then end up waiting forever—sometimes close to 50 minutes—just for my food to finally be ready. Fast food is supposed to be quick, but Popeyes makes it feel like I ordered a five-course meal. At that point, I start wondering if they forgot about me or just don’t care.

They also withheld the food that I redeemed using my points. The employees here are usually pretty mean spirited. It’s sad to think how people wear their problems on their sleeve and get excitement from raining on the parades of others.
I placed my order through the app and the employees deliberately held my order back for 45 minutes.
A little kindness won’t hurt— it may help you to feel better on the inside to brighten someone’s day with a simple smile. I don’t even care about the money, it’s so disheartening that stepping outside means being treated like you don’t matter.

Nice vibe I gotta say. Excellent service, quick drive through (sometimes), plenty of available parking, and fresh food daily. However, sometimes the Mac & cheese I order is all broken apart; I would prefer if this didn’t happen. But overall, 5 stars

Rice wasn’t cooked through wait was ridiculously long. Lots of young kids the drive through person on the speak i pulled up she was rude about a coupon I had as if I knew to use it inside etc just lots of kids pretty slow and food is not cooked with care
