What a wonderful brunch experience! My mom treated me to brunch today after her day surgery, and it was truly a treat from start to finish.
This was our first time visiting, and we will absolutely be back. Madison was our server and she was phenomenal—so friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and checked on us often without being intrusive.
We started with the Loaded Tumblers, and they were so delicious they could have been a whole meal on their own. The grilled cheese Bloody Mary was amazing and such a fun, unique twist. I also highly recommend the salmon Benedict—it was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious.
Great food, excellent service, and a lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!

Whenever I have visitors I love taking them to Hatch. It’s the best brunch and breakfast spot in Stillwater! I love their brown sugar oatmeal, parfait, avocado toast, and any of the Benedict’s. You can’t go wrong with literally anything on the menu. Their coffees are delicious, they have a gorgeous patio sunroom, and service is always fantastic. We’ve had Lauren helping our table a few times, and she’s always so attentive, kind, and gives great recommendations. Highly recommend!

When we travel to Stillwater, we head downtown to Hatch. It has the best food and service in town. There could be a short wait because it is very popular. A must-visit in Stillwater. Excellent breakfast and lunch options, and a great bar! The eggs Benedict options are absolutely amazing, I can’t pick a favorite. The hash brown tumblers are a must try! On the sweet side, they have great pancakes and French toast. The OK shaped pancake is unique and very tasty, but plan to share it, it’s huge! Mimosa selections on point too!

Had such a great experience at Hatch, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Lena. She was friendly without hovering, totally on top of everything, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and easy. You could tell she really knew the menu and cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Service like that makes you want to come back just as much as the food does.
Hatch itself has that perfect cozy, neighborhood vibe, and the food absolutely delivers. Everything felt thoughtful and well done — the kind of place where you settle in and don’t want to rush. Between the atmosphere and the service, it was just a genuinely good experience from start to finish.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was outstanding. The entire bar staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing.
