Every time I go here the staff is sweet and kind and fast and efficient. I lost my receipt and couldn’t leave a review on the Wendy’s website but needed to at least post this here. I went through tonight with a puppy and they gave me an extra couple nuggies for the puppers. I just wanted to Doggo to brighten their day and they in turn made a happy two month old puppy get his first nuggies. Thanks you to the kind dudes working tonight! 2/27/26

What has happened to Wendy’s? First they get rid of the 4 for 4, raise the prices of everything, and now I go and my chicken sandwich is only as big as my palm. Not only that but they forgot all my sauces, got my husband’s sandwich wrong, and were out of cup carriers so I had to cradle two drinks and a frosty nestled precariously in one arm out to my car. I don’t think we’ll be coming back to Wendy’s for a long time. This is absolutely not worth the price they raised it to.

Claims to be open until midnight yet I’m sitting here at the drive-thru at 11:25 p.m. 9/28/25 and they’re closed literally a wasted trip wasted gas and wasted time If you’re going to post hours that say midnight you stay open till midnight. What a disgrace! Complete disrespect of its customers. You have lost me as a customer for life I will never again give so much as a single cent to this location! The worst part is the lights were on and there was clearly somebody in there a car parked out front so that was just a complete disrespect.

This Wendys was probably one of the worst that I have been too. The staff ignored us when we got there to go do something else, without saying for us to wait as they did something else. Than when a door dashers proceeded to cut infront of us they took there name / what they needed before us after we waited 15 minutes just to get our food. Once we got our food, they ended up getting our order wrong and we were just upset at that point that we didnt want to go up to try and get the right things because we would either have to wait another 15 minutes or they wouldn’t understand what we needed. There was multiple staff just standing around like they didnt know what they were doing that could have assisted.
The price of the food was okay, but for the quality or service and the unclean atmosphere I wouldn’t have gone to this specific location again.

Great Wendy’s. We have never had a bad experience or any problems with our orders here. Kelly served us today through the drive thru and was amazing. Personable, spoke clearly and confirmed everything with us. The wait in line is never long here either and the food is always hot.

The five stars is for store lead or shift lead James who was very welcoming even when they were about to close, very nice and was emphatic when we asked in regards to store hours/dining in . It’s not common to find someone still doing their best to accommodate even when certain items were not available. One of the closing shift employees with the long black hair was also nice when we asked for napkins to clean the area we were sitting at once we finished eating.

I don’t even think this Wendy’s has a management department, because the employees are an absolute train wreck—especially the two white workers: the white female with dark hair, glasses, and a big head and the scrawny white male with a beard and big nose. These two are horrible. They throw bags at you, don’t greet you, and never say ‘have a nice day.’ Worst of all, the white male doesn’t wear gloves, digs his fingers in his nose and then handles the food with his bare hands, even using his fingers to shove fries into the cup. I reported him to the Chester County Health Department, but somehow he’s still working there. Ew. But hey, maybe finger-booger fries and burgers are the secret recipe they’re going for.

When i first started coming here, I was impressed with the service but recently, its been pretty bad. Tonight for instance they shut down the drive-thru early ( which ive seen them do before) so I went in and they still got my order wrong and had to get it fixed. I hope they turn things around.

Literally stood in line at the store for 20 minutes while 5 employees were back there not even acknowledging us. Staff needs training, even if they’re not the cashier they should at least say something. We left without ordering.
