Fair Winds Bar & Grill is a beautiful clubhouse restaurant located on the golf course inside of the Rose Hill Community. This restaurant is open to the public. The casual atmosphere makes Fair Winds a fabulous place for families to dine or friends to gather. We have a full bar and a gorgeous screened in porch overlooking vast green space lined with live oaks. The American style menu provides options that will please everyone. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Fair Winds!! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food was nothing short of amazing! Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and prepared with such care. The service was fantastic!! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
The atmosphere was just as impressive! Over looking the golf course, it was elegant, warm, and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special evening or a simple night out with the family. An added bonus, the live music created such a charming and relaxing vibe, giving an extra touch of magic to the night.

Great restaurant and bar. Got take-out last week and surprisingly found another rare good pizza spot! Burgers and giant pretzels are awesome! Decided to go in for dinner on a Thursday night and there was live entertainment. Sat at the bar and had great service. Our meals were exceptional. Had the grilled Romaine salad with chicken and the chicken tacos with chips. Very reasonable pricing. Good beer selection on tap. Great overall atmosphere with good vibes and definitely be back!

I just had to comment on my experience. I ordered a very big take out order for a pizza party at my house, right in the middle of a busy dinner service and open mic night. They got every single thing on that huge order 100% accurate. Not one thing was missing, not one order messed up. Everything was perfect and very yummy!! And they were even nice enough to deliver because they got the order ready earlier than I had requested before my guests showed up. I highly recommend!! And my NY guests were very happy with the pizza!!

So many great nights to choose from at Fair Winds and the food is always delicious! The Southwestern Salad with Tuna was amazing, the Pizza crust is crispy with a soft center, and the Fresh Chips is an order every time!

First time visitor of this location, it was clean updated and had a nice vibe to it. But as far as the fried chicken sandwich, one of us asked if it was white meat and the server said yes, come to find out it was a fried chicken thigh I expressed my dissatisfaction to a different server that was now waiting on us. She brought the plate back after bringing it to the kitchen to confirm it was thigh meat. I told her I wasn’t interested and she asked if I’d like something else and I said can I have something quick cause the four other people that I’m dining With would be done with their dinner shortly she suggested a salad which I got and it appeared after the four others of my friends had completed their meal. When the bill came, I told her I wasn’t happy that she charged me for the salad that I had to eat partially alone because it was awkward to eat a meal with four other people and you are the only person eating. She then went to the back and came out and said that they were authorized to give me 20% off of my meal which came to $3.58. This is not customer service and I’m not expected to come back anytime soon.

I had a good chicken sandwich. However, it took some time to get to the table.
As the band set up, I settled in for some great music. I was at the table for 30 minutes and not seen the server, so I got up to find one or go the bar for a drink. As I rounded the bar, I ran into the hostess.
She asked to take my order.
I gave her my wife and my food and drink order. This is where I messed up. It was an understandable mix-up.
The order went in late, and so it came out late. I asked the bar tender if he could check on my food. He seemed agitated that I did not place the order with him. A friend who knows the staff got involved to help track down my order.
Finally, I went to the drink station, and the bar tender and the hostess were there together. We were able to get my drink and verify my order.
A few minutes later, my wife’s salad and my chicken were delivered.
The chicken sandwich was worth the wait. I’m chalking this up to a simple mixup in communication.
They apologized for the problem and I will definitely be back.

Staff are great. Food is good and close to our house which makes this a go to place for us. Try a burger and/or a pizza. As a golfer, wish they had some type of breakfast service.
