There were 4 employees in the store. Three were sitting at a booth in the dining area. One was in the kitchen area making food. There was a lady standing at the register when I walked in waiting for service, so I got in line behind her. No one came over to assist or said anything at all, so I just walked out. Zero stars.

I have stopped at this Wendy’s several times, and every time I’ve tried to get a frosty, they either don’t have any available or not the right flavor. Another disappointment was the size of the BLT Crispy Chicken sandwich. It looked like something meant for a child. Let me finish with the service. I went through the drive-thru, and the man at the window was rude. I guess he missed how customers should be treated. He seemed quite annoyed when I brought to his attention that my frosty was wrong. No apologies for not having what I actually ordered. I was not asked if I wanted a substitute… just expected to take a different flavor. I received more attitude when I just asked for a credit for the unwanted frosty. Go to the McDonalds down the street. Their service (and food) is much better. I won’t be going to this Wendy’s again!

Walked in about 7 PM, the only one at the counter at the only one in the restaurant. Stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes as several employees and even what appeared to maybe be a manager as she had a different shirt on just continuously wakes by the counter and not one person acknowledged me as if I was bothering them from coming inside to eat. What a complete joke these people are.

Went to the Edenton, NC location. It was such a poor start to my day.
I asked for 1 creamer in my coffee. The girl said “we dont have cream”. Then she said did I still want the coffee? I asked what she had. “We only have 1/2 & 1/2”. Really!!
I also asked for a breakfast sandwich. Not only was the sandwich luke warm, but the bacon was hard as a rock!!!
It’s understandable why I never see a line in the drive up.
And she never even smiled.
This store should be closed!! It’s a disgrace to the Wendy’s name.

poor experience today, short staffed, dirty store, out of many condiments, no food substitute allowed. I have switched my fries for a baked potato at many other Wendy’s, but this one just flatly refused. I do not recommend this Wendy’s in Edenton, NC.

I saw about 6 menues, all of them with a white back ground, but one ” introducing our NEW chicken strips”, brown back ground, that sounds good, we have done away with them mam, I looked for a dip I tried , it was sweet, n sour, I will have that, we did away with that flavor, the servive was pretty fast, I was the only customer in there, well my husband too, hardly no one smiling, my flavor of drink gave out, hubby put water in my cup to fill it up, most of the time Wendys is my favorite place to go to because of the chili, and the baked potatoes, but I was ready to cry, false advertisement, and probably the CEO made them keep the Ad up, the CEO doesnt have to deal with the public, but the poor cashiers do! No wonder no one wants to work any more!

I ordered chicken nuggets and they appeared almost immediately, meaning they were already waiting under a heat lamp and not freshly made. They were just a bit greasy tasting, but edible. My main concern was that the customer floor area needs deep cleaning with soap. It was slippery from being quick-mopped with the same mop used in the prep area and not rinsed well. My shoes were slipping and I had to walk slowly. It was not wet…it was greasy. I only saw 2 people working there, so I’m sure they are short handed and not able to do a proper job with everything.

After working from a picnic table for two hours, it was time to have some lunch. I stopped in to this Wendy’s. I stayed for an hour, which was as long as I could handle their warm restaurant today. I think there was an A/C issue.
I was able to order on the Wendy’s app and not too much later, my burger was ready. After filling up on their Coke Freestyle machine, I spent about an hour here. That included charging my laptop and phone and a refill.
The sandwich was assembled properly and the fries were luke warm but the sugar free lemonade was a hit. The restaurant and parking lot were clean and it was quite busy for noontime. But overall, just OK.

The only thing I got good from there was the french fries. My sandwich was nasty as hell and those chicken tenders were just so terrible. I put them in the trash. I wasted money
