I’ve been coming to this Little Caesars for a while now, and I’ll start with the positive… the food is always consistent and really good! You know exactly what you’re getting, and they do a solid job on that every time. Unfortunately, the service at the front counter hasn’t been great during my last few visits. It’s usually younger staff, and while I understand everyone has to start somewhere, the interactions have felt very cold and awkward. There’s little to no friendliness, no eye contact, and almost no emotion.. it comes across as robotic and uninviting. A simple smile or a bit of basic customer service warmth would go a long way. This has happened with different employees on separate visits, so it feels more like a training or management issue on the type of personality they are hirng than a one off situation. The food keeps me coming back, but better front counter training and a stronger focus on customer service would really improve the overall experience.

Pathetic.. placed an order online at work to pick up.. had the times wrong apparently, threw my entire order away and still charged me for it. When I came to get it they made me pay again without a single way to help me. No corporate number. No refund. No sympathy. Burned 40$ in front of my face. Will happily be giving the rest of my business to domino’s.

I Was CRAVING the Pizza Puffs so bad…I Love those things!!!
But was so disappointed there was
NO SAUCE inside… none that’s my fave part.
I broke open 2 more puffs in each box
NO SAUCE:( pizza was very light on sauce too:(
Not sure if these are pre made or made on site? Store in Cedar had lots of sauce?!?
Next time I’ll request it saucy!
* don’t let the lack of sauce stop you from trying these. These are absolutely amazing. They’re so yummy….. the sad part is they’re so good. I’m pretty sure they’re gonna discontinue them because that’s the way it usually goes

I usually have no issues at this Little Caesar’s location but tonight I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up and I sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. So I went inside and let them know that no one came and they didn’t address the issue or show concern and just gave me my food.

Pizza was so greasy. It leaked through the box onto a very nice vest of mine and I cannot get the grease out. They need to get rid of some of that grease. May taste good but not healthy for us

Good for a quick dinner on a busy night, but definitely not a favorite. Whatever happened to that $5 hot n ready. It isn’t much cheaper than any other pizza place now. Not to mention it’s like a dollar just for one sauce cup!
