I placed an order for 3 pizzas; 2 of which were specialty, an extra most bestest pepperoni & an order of breadsticks. The stuff crust extra cheese was burnt with bubbles all through it bc there was barely any cheese on too thin of dough. The Hawaiian Hula was super thin & didn’t have has many toppings as usual. It was like whoever made the breadsticks was mad because they were smashed with visible finger marks in it, making them very thin. The only thing worth purchasing was the cheapest pizza I bought, the emb pepperoni. Smh, I paid almost $50 to receive disappointment for dinner. Now I understand why this store only has 3.5 stars. I ordered delivery through the app so I had no choice which store it came from. Never again.

This place is terrible compared to the Watson Blvd location, who are amazing. This one on Russell has people that work there who act like they don’t care and they ALWAYS seem to mess up the order in some way. They also clearly use left over bread sticks when you place a crazy bread order bc they look old and not fresh at all. Being a cook, I can tell.

One of the cooks even went to the restroom and didn’t was their hands and went right back to listening to his music and preparing pizza dough with his bare hands. Multiple people saw him and he didn’t care. He even made dead eye contact with me while he was bare handling the pizza dough after he was in the restroom without even turning the water on

Ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni and got maybe 2-3 pieces of pepperoni per slice. What a joke. Girl that works up front is super rude and has an attitude when you ask her for anything. Will not be coming back to this particular location

They charged me more than the price listed on the menu. When I asked about it the Indian lady manager was very rude about it.
A $5 carry out now costs over $7. Not worth it, especially when the crust was about half the slice of pizza. I also asked for parmesan cheese and they said they don’t carry it.

Showed up at noon to grab a hot-n-ready pizza and all they had were breadsticks. Looked like they just opened and were in no rush to do anything. Customer service could be better too. Recommend going to another pizza spot.
