As many of the other comments have pointed out, the service is horrible at this Subway. It’s almost comical how much the employees just don’t care about what they are doing and don’t care about you. I would look past that, except if they don’t care about customer service, they probably don’t care about safe food handling practices either. Can’t imagine what goes on in that kitchen.

I frequently grab a Subway because of the freshness. This Subway is inside the Flying J Truck Stop. The area was clean. I’ve seen Subways with much fresher food! The cheese looked like leather. If the young man can learn how to “speak up” it would alleviate a lot of confusion and aggravation. We’re glad the gal came out to help. The visit was fine once we got past not being able to hear anything the young man was saying. When he was making my grandsons sandwich. It had roast beef on it when my grandson said, oh ham please. The young man just grabbed the roast beef off the bread and threw it back in the container of roast beef. WARNING-IF YOUR CELIAC DONT EAT HERE. Not the freshest spread of food but it wasn’t horrible!! I would stop again!
PS-unfortunately once we got on the road I opened my sandwich to eat it. The bread was dry, I tried breaking off the crunchy bread on top but now it’s just a mess ♀️

I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the counter was rude and unprofessional, he spitted at me when I entered. Then, he started whispering bad stuff about me. When I asked if my sandwich could be cut in half, he told me Subway no longer does that. Later, when I asked for napkins, he responded in a very rude tone and said they were right behind me. When I asked for his name, he mocked me by repeating what I said. Due to this disrespectful behavior, I will not be returning to this location

Was gonna hop on here and leave a review for bad customer service, and not to mention the attitude of the female I had make my sandwich today. But I see it is quite a pattern at this subways after reading the reviews already left. This lady even chucked the mayo bottle behind her and did it so hard it flew behind the stoves , I couldn’t even believe it! Not to mention the attitude! Absolutely awful.

Horrible service. Was ignored for 10 minutes guy litterally saw me didnt say anything turned his back to me. Asked if he was working and employee of subway he had uniform on again ignored me and gave me a glare.
Worst subway i have ever been to driven east to west coast. Been to every single one in idaho this one is absolutly waste of time. Simply dont support them. They dont know how to do business.

Would give this place a minus 5 if I could. Ordered a 6 in sub and got a 4 in piece of old bread ordered the protein bowl and they were too lazy to cut up the meat and put the whole bowl full of spinach and there was no room for anything else also didn’t warm up the bacon just bent it in half. Been here 3 times this week and all three experience’s were the same . All this was after we asked twice to do it like it’s supposed to be done!!!!

9/17 at 3:20 pm the employee was extremely incompetent and impolite. Terrible service. When I asked him to put the vegetables inside the sandwich so that they wouldn’t fall apart, he didn’t do anything and gave me the order. When I showed him what I had to do, he said “okay” with an impassive look. Never come back at this Subway

It’s true. The place gets a bit busy. It takes time to tend to each customer but the 2 young men helping me were nothing but patient, sweet, kind and going out of their way to get me my discount and make the gift cards work. Sometimes the wait is worth it. And the cookies! Yum! Get the deal for 6 Thanks for the great lunch

Simply takes 30 min to order. Had enployee make her own sandwich eat it right in front of me. Made me even more hungry yet didnt feel like tipping due to feeling teased and made to wait. Simply very rude place.

The food was okay, not up to normal subway quality but better than the gas station mystery sandwiches. Watch out for closing hours in their dining area though, 5:20 p.m. on a Thursday and they had already shut it down.
