Great Wendy’s experience! SUPER friendly staff. Solid team working efficiently to get orders correct and get them out. Not normally a fast food person, but we were in a pinch, and we were not disappointed. We happened to have had a coupon in a Valupak and it was easily applied. Also, the Caramel Crunch Frosty is off the rails good.

The service was fast. The associates at the register polite, and the food about as good as Wendy’s can do it for what we ordered. Sadly, the floors were very sticky and then all the tables were too, like they used the same cleaner for both and it was laden with Barg’s Root Beer syrup. The bathrooms dirty, toilet seats wet and even the toilet seat covers were wet, all of them! Unfortunate. Clean environment while eating helps a lot. Maybe drive-thru is the way to do this Wendy’s.

I went for breakfast. Was the only customer inside and 1 car in the drive thru. The cashier didnt want to take my order until he took the drive thru order and fulfilled their order. I stood in line and eventually left. We looked at each other and he knew I was ready. However, told me to just wait. No wonder there is no one here for breakfast.

My experience in this restaurant was very poor they unavailable to give me my food and my refund the nigth manager a young woman, can’t resolve easy problems for costumers. They maintenance the wendy’s restaurant in insane conditions the restaurant is very dirty, floor so greasy and sticky went you walk inside. In kitchen they have a dirty floor and grease.
