I’m annoyed. I got there and waited 35 minutes to even be greeted or served. People have lunches that they want to get a quick bite for. But they prioritize their DoorDash orders and that’s what the lady was doing while I was the only person in the lobby. On top of that a combo through DoorDash is $19 compared to in-store being 12 for the exact same. Ofc they prioritize those orders because the restaurant inputs the amount.

I left this place with cold food for me and my father. Maryelin has the worst customer service and she’s incredibly rude. If I return to this place and she’s there I will leave. When I ordered there were no other customers. I went next door to get a smoothie. When I returned she was working on multiple orders. I watched her finish my order and start and finish other people’s order. When my order was complete and ready to go, it sat there for 5 mins. I asked her if she can bag my food since it’s ready. She put her hand up to my face and told me to hold on then she proceeded to put down meat for 3 more sandwiches and completed those. My food still just sitting there. I had to wait for her to finish all 6 other orders. Then she brought all the orders to the counter one by one. When she finally bagged my food, she didn’t even hand it to me. No, she set it down in front of another customer. If this is how they train their night crew I will not return at night. So by the time I get to my car of course our food is cold. And while I was ordering my food she speaks to me in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish.

Everything about this place was disgusting. From you walk into the door and the lady barely acknowledges you. Mind you she’s Spanish and don’t speak any type of English. She sees me and something inside already told me something was off but this lady is nasty. I bought 2 sandwiches. I wanted 1 gourmet meal with my sandwich. I also ordered a small sandwich with a side of fries. Being that she doesn’t speak English she puts in whatever she wants… ok.. I let that slide. Then I receive the order without my extra fries.. ok fine. She gives me the fries. As I get home and look into my meal I see one long piece of hair in the sandwich. As if she just placed it there. She also put one into my other sandwich…. Money wasted and my appetite is shot. If I didn’t live so damn far I would’ve went right back and got my money back. She is nasty. Her name is ANUBIS! How do you guys hire people who can’t speak English at all. On top of that not even like brown colored people. So I’m confused. Lool let’s make it make sense.

Taking survey before I could order but been standing in line for 10+ min and there is only one worker here. We are the only ones in line with one person in dining area waiting. Haven’t been greeted or order taken.

I love Charley’s, but please pass on this location. I’m a huge buffalo fan and their buffalo chicken cheesteak hits the spot with tangy flavor, cheesy texture, and an assortment of vegetables to round out the flavor. The service is the issue at this location. I was not greeted to take my order for about 5 minutes when I walked in, and the two staff members had trouble keeping up with the (not large) volume of orders. It took me about 20 minutes to receive my order. There is 1 inconspicuously-placed napkin dispenser for the entire location, and no self-service silverware available.

We came in to Oder sandwich at 1:30pm. There was only one employee in the store doing everything. It took about 30mins to take my order and an other 20mins for my food to be ready. I’m not blaming the employee because she was the only one taking orders and cooking. This is unacceptable for an establishment like this to treat their costumers like this during rush hour.

First of all, this is Charlie’s and the food should definitely be good regardless. Problem number one when I enter the restaurant the chairs are all out of line blocking the register. I stand there waiting because at this point, I don’t know whether or not the store is really open. I asked the person cleaning the lobby is the store open she says yes I stand there because I can’t walk to the register. She looks at me crazy I say, where am I supposed to stand. she says oh, and then moves the chairs. When I walk up to the register she takes my order which she is nice. However, when she passes me my cups, she has her fingers inside of the cups and mind you she just let go of the mop handle, I asked her can you please give me 2 cups that your fingers aren’t inside of and she got an attitude. but she still gives me 2 cups without putting her fingers inside the cup. I asked are the bathrooms open and clean she respond yes. But as you see in the photo, there’s urine on the toilet in the restroom.
