Don’t waste your money this was the worst pizza we’ve ever had not to mention it was burnt. We tried to order online but it said it couldn’t deliver to our condo however they had a flyer stuck in our door stating otherwise. When we called the restaurant they didn’t seem to want to deliver or take our order over the phone but they did and if we weren’t so hungry we would have gone elsewhere and should have but we wanted to give them a chance. The girl that delivered our pizza told us she had to leave her house and use her own gas money to deliver even though she worked for them so we felt bad and gave her extra for a tip then come to find out from a worker here where we are staying she is the owner of the restaurant. That’s very dishonest and we will never order from them again.

Not much good to say. The pizza was late, it was warm at best. There were large spots of cheese missing (I have pictures) I even spent $4 for extra cheese. The 2 salads were totally disappointing. Never again. Total waste of money.

Ordered delivery and was highly disappointed with my order. I ordered chicken parmigiana I received something that looked more like spaghetti and meatballs. Ordered additional garlic knots did not receive them. Tried complaining to DoorDash the company that delivered the food and they couldn’t help me.

I’m so glad I didn’t read these reviews before I ordered and ate my food because I wouldn’t have ordered here. However although it a(xxl pepperoni pizza) arrived 30 min or so later than expected it was one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in a very long time and I absolutely love NY pizza. Well done extremely nice people on the phone and when delivered,I only hope every one has my experience from now on.I would like to see the owners look through the reviews and clean up any of these issues if they’re correct and the business thrives.

I came on my lunch break seeing that it’s convenient being up the street from my job. BIG MISTAKE…If you are truly hungry go somewhere else. It’s absolutely disgusting. I had shrimp and French fries and was given 2 packs of ketchup I went to ask for more and cocktail sauce and the gentleman seem to not understand what I said. I wasted my money coming here. I ended up thrown the food in the trash. Not sure how you mess up fried & shrimp but NASTY holes ️ in the ceiling not sure why they aren’t closed down….

Absolutely disgusting. The slices are cold unless you ask for extra toppings. Fairly certain this is store bought oven pizza. Ordered a quesadilla and it took 15 minutes. “It’s made fresh” was the response – if I grated the cheese myself it wouldn’t have taken that long to make. And the bathroom – oh my god. Cockroaches and stale urine. NEVER eat here.

We ordered to go on a super busy car show weekend. Turkey Rod run! This pizza place was the best pizza we have ever had. Not only was the pizza amazing but the staff had amazing customer care! My husband and I wanted out with our to go order and said at the same time there know customer care!

This really saddened me as we hoped to have found a nice place buttt..
First issue was the delivery driver didn’t fallow delivery instructions, almost went to the incorrect house
Second was I noticed NO sauce . We had one that tasted like a canned pizza sauce for a large Stromboli.
Nothing for salad , open the CHEF salad up , no cheese , and the smallest amount if lettuce, and ham and…. turkey??
Mushrooms was also off by a couple. Called and after a hour got the sauce , salad and shrooms…. idk to me it just wasn’t what I was looking for cause my salad still had no cheese

How do get a chicken Caesar salad wrong twice!!?? Placed an order and they sent me a chicken sandwich instead of a chicken Caesar salad… so I call up immediately and they say to order again and they’ll fix it… So I wait almost another hour for my food.. they sent me a dry salad with a side of honey mustard… How can you mess up my order twice??? Especially right after I called and complain!? I paid tip and delivery fees twice just to get the wrong order again! The garlic knots were small, hard, and overcooked with no actual real garlic, just a sprinkle of garlic powder (they looked nothing like the photos online from 2-3 years ago). The wrong salad was $16, croutons were extremely small, and the chicken tasted like Tyson frozen grilled chicken strips. Way too many good pizza shops in the area to waste money here. Highly disappointed to say the least.

Not only did we have to wait 30 minutes for a medium Pizza whenever we finally got it we found it out it had been sitting on top of the oven for about 15 minutes before we even got to our seat we had to wipe it off and clean our own tables and the service was just all together horrible! Not to mention the interior was dirty and nasty
