Building is loud from echo, but people were friendly.
On one specific occasion, recently, I was not the best customer, but the two of them rose to the occasion and countered my impatience with a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ response!
I was contacted by the manager and was offered a refund. The conversation and tone wasn’t very nice. Lol like I was getting in trouble for making a complaint. It was like they were upset they were giving a refund. I was thinking twice about even going there to get my refund, but I thought it would be appropriate since I paid for something I didn’t order. I don’t live in the Apollo Beach area. She told me that next time I want a refund to bring the items back lol I got take out. Drove it all the way home. We were hungry, so we ate our food. I’m expected to drive all the way back? I don’t think so. If I lived closer, maybe.
I finally went in to get the refund and the person who took the cash out was totally rude. The person who she called to assist her was nicer. She asked me what I ordered and entered the refund in the system. She left and let the other girl help us with giving us the cash refund. She took the cash out with an attitude, passed me the cash, and said nothing to me. Like she took that cash out of her pocket and was mad she gave us money. It was awkward in front of other customers and the other employee watching. I then said thank you and she UH HUH. I walked away saying “well, that was nice”.
I’ll be contacting head office because these employees clearly need to learn proper customer service. Even when you provide a refund, you still have to be courteous to your customers. I have additional notes from my previous visit that I will definitely add, since this last visit made everything even worse.
Get it together. This location needs more training.
While I was disappointed with the food last time, I was still honest with the service stars I gave, which was a 5 stars. I’m honest, and I dont take all this time to lie about reviews. I just changed the stars review for service from 5 to 1. Disappointing.
My daughter was there with me, and it was a great example of how not to treat people. Thanks for the experience.

I’ve ordered bowls many times at different locations, and I typically like the granola. I had this same bowl 2 days ago, and I had pretty good chunks of granola.
I called to complain today because the 2 bowls I purchased literally had fine granola powder instead of ‘chunks of granola’. It felt like I was eating hospital food because the granola powder softens in the yogurt and oatmeal. It was not a pleasant experience. The usual granola gives crispy texture to an already mushy bowl. That’s the point. It gives texture, with adding sweetness and crunch. I paid $23 for 2 bowls of baby food.
I was told by the person who answered the phone that someone complained recently that the granola was too big. It’s a bit of an extreme to blend granola to a fine powder and call it ‘granola’. I expect a refund for something I didn’t order. Is this granola now aimed for the retirement homes that need their food to be soft?
This is misleading. You’re no longer topping with granola. It’s granola powder or a graham cracker crust.
The chunk like granola in the photo and video are clumps of powder granola clumped in yogurt. There was not one crunch or crisp texture at all.
It’s funny because my son wanted me to go to Grain and Berry to get bowls, but I told him I enjoyed the bowls at the new Tropical Smoothie Waterset location. So I drove further to get from this exact location. Only to find out 2 days later, they changed it. Very disappointing.
I typically split it in half and eat the rest later on. Now, since the graham crust powder has turned the rest into mush, I have to scoop it out so it won’t feel and taste worse later since it’s not hard crispy granola that typically holds it’s texture later on.
This is the most annoying purchase I’ve had here, EVER.
