Bought a large supreme pizza called in my order was ready in 20 mins when I picked it up the manager came out to my car to let me know it would be a few more minutes it was very cold n becoming bad weather. I went inside and paid very great staff. Pizza was perfect.

This is the last I will order from pizza hut in new castle. They have screwed up my order every time. First they gave me pizzas the were still raw, I had to bake them in my own oven. The next time I sat at the drive thru window for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they never made the pizzas I ordered online an hour earlier. Then today I open the box ready to enjoy a pan pizza and find that all of them are hand tossed. The receipt shows I ordered 3 pan pizzas, I paid an addition $6 for pan pizzas and was given hand tossed. The level of incompetence is staggering, and unfortunately it is a common issue in this town.

We ordered a create your own Tavern Pizza with sausage and pepperoni. We had ordered the Tavern style pizza in the past and we really liked it. This time the Tavern style Pizza was awful.
I’m not sure how to explain it, but we will not order the Tavern style Pizza again. We also ordered cheese sticks and they were very good.
We plan to order from Pizza Hut again in the future. Hopefully they will be able to redeem themselves!

It’s all about the pizza . And it was terrible. What happen to pizza Hut? The crust was rubbery. They were also out of pan pizzas. How do you run out of Pan pizza on a Saturday at 5 pm? I’ve never had a pizza anywhere that had rubbery crust. I’m going to throw away pizza. That’s normally a sin in our house lol

Ordered what I thought was a medium stuffed crust but because I changed it from large to medium the app changed it to thin crust. Why it wouldnt change it to just a regular crust is crazy or have a pop up saying stuffed crust was removed. Anyway I call the store to try and figure out why I have a thin crust not a stuffed crust it takes me about ten minutes and two separate tries and eventually I get an employee who tells me the issue and then she puts the manager on who didn’t really seem to care at all. I spent over $30 on a medium thin crust pizza extra cheese pepperoni which I won’t even eat. I’ll not order from there again. Apologies go a long way as does customer service but they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Our pizza was doughy and just completely nasty when we called to get our credit they told us that they must have forgotten to put it in and the $40 that we spent didn’t even matter to them. Terrible service and customer service. We are a budgeting family and it’s very rare we get to go out to eat pizzas one of our main things with a movie and it was ruined. Thanks a lot.

I wish I could give this pizza SIX STARS this was the most delicious the most delectable the most toe curling the most oscar awarding pizza i have ever put onto my tongue. These chefs deserve to work at the headquarters as the LEAD chefs. They need a PAY UPGRADE. Everytime I finished a slice I couldn’t help myself but to get another one. It’s like they put some secret substance that just kept making me want more. Me and my friend couldn’t stop eating. I looked down on Pizza hut before, but now that is probably the most top tier pizza place in all of humanity. Whoever made that pizza, I hope you got everything you wanted for christmas, and if you didn’t I pray you get everything you want for this new year. I hope you wake up and you realize you got gifted 50k dollars. This will be a core memory of mines for years to come. This pizza changed my life and my expectations for what pizza should taste like. I only don’t normally eat all the pizza I normally eat 2 slices at max. NOW We only got two slices left and i’m still craving for it like it’s the first slice. Im not really a superme pizza fan but at this rate i am willing to scrape off ALL of the other toppings solely to eat the base pizza. This healed my soul and cleansed my spirit. If you were hesitant about eating pepperoni pizza or just from pizza hut in general I say GO FOR IT that was the best pizza in history. Me and my friend both say THANK YOU.
