I came in for slices without realizing pies are made to order. Owner was making what appeared to be a delicious pizza so I ordered a pepperoni. He made that one a pepperoni for me and I was out the door so fast which i really appreciated. Notably, the pizza is also delicious cold.

The counter man that cooks the pizza is old school and fun. Likes to joke around, ask about your family. It’s a good local place. If you’re not a local you will feel like one soon.
They’ll make any pizza you want but cheese, pepperoni and sausage are their classics.
Great pizza but I can’t speak about the rest of the menu as I’ve never tried it.
I believe they have a small outdoor dining area in addition to inside.

Lovely spot under a house. They’ve been making pizzas there for 48 years! The founders son made our pizza and was funny and sweet to us. The pizza was delicious- thin crust, sweet sauce, seasoned right, creamy mozzarella, and basil from their garden.

The absolute best place to get pizza around. We’ve been coming here ever since we moved into the area back in early 2000s.
Pizza is always delicious and perfect.
I have an extremely picky Aunt and she will stop by this place to order a couple pizzas to bring back with her, so if that doesn’t tell you about how good this pizza is, then I am not sure what to tell you.
My favorite is the special pizza. We’ve tried others and every single one has been out of this world.

You will not be disappointed! Fresh pizza, hot pizza, tasty and not greasy.
The atmosphere is so welcoming and pleasant. Everyone has a smile, even under the mask, that will have you smiling too.
Best white pie hands down in the area. I feel good ordering from here, they never break the bank and are always willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions that they can.

We were so looking forward to Franks, ! They looked like they are Americans, Italians… wanting it to be our go to in the Flemington area since it’s all gone down hill. We ordered the Franks Special, it was so very burned! I mean horrible burned! I am trying to post a picture. It’s pretty much black on the bottom. Very bad! And the rest dried up and burnt

Best pizza in ringoes at a great price. Amazing overall. Very friendly staff. They are always super fast making pizza even when they are busy. I have gone here my entire life and have tried others but nowhere ever gets close to Franks.
