I tried their new Hot Italian sub. It was amazing off the charts. The bread was so soft and chewy you didn’t need teeth. My first visit to a Jersey Mike’s and I drove 20 miles just to get this. Highly recommended.
I read some of these other reviews. It’s a shame that some customers have no patience and are rude. Maybe they should try and work in one of these places and see what it’s like to serve the public. They have no idea. My experience was pleasant with everyone that was there.

The red headed lady was friendly and nice. The foreign blonde lady was one of the rudest people I’ve ever came across. I will never be back. It seems that all the owners responses are copy and paste so likely no changes will be made. Absolutely terrible customer service.

These are the rudest, laziest employees I’ve ever met. It was only me and one gentleman behind me and I ordered 3 subs, one being a hot sub and the lady looked at me and said i don’t have time for that right now i have to make your sandwiches and the man behind you. I said, how long? and she “awhile.” I am also allergic to gluten and ordered one sub gluten free and she didn’t even bother to ask if it was an allergy like they typically do. Did not clean anything or change her gloves. Also didn’t ask me about any topping just wrapped them up and put them in the bag, I said wait a sec I need toppings and she said “well you didn’t tell me that when you ordered.” I’ve been eating jersey mikes for years and this will be my last time ever returning to this location, in utter disbelief of the experience I just had and am debating even eating my sandwich that was cross contaminated.

Went to Jersey Mike’s in Pigeon Forge TN. ordered a Big Kahuna. They stated the person that works the is unavailable prepping lettuce and tomatoes. So we ordered a cold sub. The person that came in about 5 minutes after us ordered something. I got up to refill my drink and there was someone cooking on the grill. I could have understood if the trys on the line wre empty, but both lettuce and tomatoes were full. Just feel that is bad customer service.

Visited the location in pigeon forge. Was told 25 minutes for bread as they ran out. After 25 minutes went back and they stated that they never made the bread. Really?! Why they didn’t close the store? Very disappointed, thankfully next Publix sub had bread – lol –

Took 90 minutes to make 3 sandwiches …. we ordered on the app ahead of time – arrived on time and waited for close to an hour for it. The staff were rude and walked away from us when we asked about the status of the food.

Food was really good and the staff was sweet. There was a longer wait because a lot of orders came in at once, and I could see the girl working the grill truly doing her best even though it looked overwhelming and some customers were getting upset.

Since the location has opened we go nearly weekly! We have loved it but tonight omg

It appeared that only 2 people were on shift but only 1 was actually working due to the other one being to involved with a family member and their children in the dining area…. The dining area was in major need of a clean up but she didn’t seem to care.

The one working we could tell was working her tail off due to mobile orders coming in and walk in orders but due to it just being her our food came out wrong and burnt. We didn’t say anything because she was busy enough doing it all alone.

Someone needs to get a grip on the situation before it gets out of hand. Unfortunately I know we won’t be back if we see this type of situation when walking in the door again.

It’s a shame this is the only jersey mikes in pigeon forge. Your area’s Jersey Mike’s is missing the typical awesome customer service you receive everywhere else. The staff was incredibly impatient while we did the standard ordering process and then fulfilled everyone’s order behind us before starting my husband’s sandwich. 3 of us had completely finished our meals before his was completed. It’s unfortunate this location is as mismanaged as it is.
