Wow, this was the worst meal I have had in a very ling time. I ordered a pad thai and a teriyaki bowl.
Pad thai was beyond bland, I am talking overcooked rice noodles stuck together in a bowl of nothing. Zero flavour, no tamarind, no lime juice, no fish sauce, ZERO. Seriously, if you order this, might as well just throw your money away and go to bed hungry. Way better experience. Teriyaki bowl was also bland, veggies smelled of burned plastic and that too went in the trash. Very very disappointed with the food there, I honestly don’t know how you are still open.
Guys working there are okay, but they really need to learn the basics of cooking.
I honestly think that a gas station microwaved burger would have more flavour than this garbage.
If I could give negative stars I probably wouldn’t have enough of them to choose.

This store got new owners about 1.5 years ago and since then I find their service fast and efficient and their food fresh and tasty. This is one of our favorite options for semi-healthy food when were rushed. Its one of the few local options with great vegan and vegetarian options – tofu on the menu!!!

My family and I love Noodlebox! My favorite dish is the butter chicken. It’s flavorful, and generous portion size – usually lasts for 2 meals for me. It’s also a convenient location when I’m working at the hospital.

They were so friendly and made me feel very welcome. There was one person working, and he was very pleasant to be around. I will forsure be back (and the food was made fresh right there in less then 5 minutes)

This was my first time eating at the Duncan location and I was very disappointed. My order was ready on time so they get credit for that but my spicy peanut noodle dish was less than appetizing. The chunks of tofu were too big, there was so much sauce it was like a mushy noodle soup. The peanut sauce had an unusual flavour as well. It just wasn’t good. The kitchen was also very messy. I won’t be going back. They won’t stay open long at this rate.

Usually never had issues with this place, but drive by it around 9:30, saw they were still open, double checked on Google that they were still open, saw on their sign the hours were open until 10, the open sign was on, the door was unlocked, went in to try and place an order and they told me they were “completely closed” despite the obvious facts if their sign being on, their posted hours being until ten, and I feel that’s a little unacceptable as a potential customer. If you’re closed, lock your door and turn off your sign right? Unimpressed and unlikely to return

I just paid $21 for a Yangzhou fried rice on DoorDash, and it showed up with no protein, just egg. This is absolutely ridiculous. The listing clearly stated it comes with shrimp and pork, yet I received a plain rice dish that isn’t even close to what I ordered. This is completely unacceptable.
