Maybe I was really in the mood for lunch out but this seemed just right to me. Pleasant and comfortable. Friendly service. The rye bread was delicious. The mushroom was super tasty. You have to eat it with a knife and fork though. The fries were homemade. The fish was also enjoyed. Lunch specials were filling.

Stopped in for lunch while working in the area. Was greeted and sat right away. There is indoor, outdoor and bar seating available. I ordered the mac & cheese. It was a large portion that could easily be shared. Tasted pretty good too.
Service was attentive and friendly.

This restaurant has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with lively conversations filling the air. As you enter, there’s a bar area to the right. The staff were all smiles and very welcoming. We had the Breakfast Sandwich ($15) and French Toast ($11) with two added eggs (+4). Everything was delicious!

Ordered to go tonight. Service over the phone and in person was great. Unfortunately, all of our fried foods – fries, tots and onion rings – were soggy. The onion ring batter was like a cake. Way too thick and no taste. We made the mistake of ordering the salmon. We were served a tail piece. It was dry and lack taste. The green beans that came with it was awful, not fresh. That was a waste of money. The BBQ bacon burger was ok, unfortunately instead of lightly fried onion strings, it came with the super thick battered onion ring that had no taste. It’s sad for a neighborhood restaurant. It’s got to be better than that. It was disappointing to spend so much for that as we ended up not eating and throwing away a lot of it.

My family and i recently dined at the Bethany Public House. The staff was great, very enjoyable. The food is awful! Zero taste and poor quality. We all agreed that it tasted like “school” cafeteria food. The management is even worst; rude and unwelcoming. In addition, the food is very expensive. This was the first and last time trying this place. I do not recommend. I hope that they get bought out with a owner that cares about the food and community that lives near by. This was a huge disappointment. Most of the other restaurants/quick food in the village are great. Bethany’s table a must, and the best burgers by Iron Strike.

We frequently go here because it’s in our neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are good, however the food is mediocre. When we moved here we were excited to have a local restaurant like this close by but in the past year the food has gone extremely downhill and it’s almost always dead. The pizza and wings are probably the best thing on the menu. We’ve tried almost everything because we really want to find something we love. I wish they would make some improvements in the quality. It’s very disappointing!

Slow food….we waited over 30+ minutes. We had to ask for our check and the toilet in the bathroom was so old and the paint was chipping off. I would not return.

The service was good, they seemed busy but the place was almost empty. I ordered the chicken tacos, these were not good. The menu said these came in corn tortillas but I received flour tortillas, mostly tasted like mayo and had no cilantro either. I would not have them again.

Great food and good prices during happy hour. We enjoyed both the beer and each of the appetizer items that we received. The fish-and-chips are a really nice smaller meal.
