I stopped here for a bite to eat. I was eager to get my food and was happy to wait for it. It was a busy time of day so naturally there was a minor delay. I overheard many impatient, disgruntled customers who didn’t care that the entire crew was doing their best. I just wanted to tell the crew, thank you. You dealt with the cranky people with great kindness. The Grinch seasoning salt was delicious! And the socks, are super comfy.

Although the wait was extended, they got my order right the first time! The last two times I’ve been to this McDonald’s and got an order for me and My kids, everything was correct. Keep it up, this is exactly what makes a person want to come back because of the convenience and the fresh food. Fries were hot when I got home.

Did the mobile order and was at the order scene before 10:30. Waited over 10 minutes before I could give them the code and at that point breakfast was over. They still did the sandwich’s but they were cold. Couldn’t get the hash browns so ended up with fries that were somehow old. Lady at the window didn’t even know what order they were on when it wasn’t even that busy.

Unfortunately this visit solidified my choice to not use McDonald’s as a possible breakfast alternative.
The staff was friendly but there was only and older gentlemen and a very young boy working so service was beyond slow. Again, I can’t fault the 2 staff that were there. The resturant just didn’t have enough ppl working.
The food on the other hand was terrible. Cold and completely tasteless.
I should have checked my take out bag before I left.

After a half an hour of waiting in the curbside I went inside to check what the status was. They had lost my order and it was completely gone from the system. (Also talked down to me a bit saying “we have to prioritize prioritize prioritize” with the hand motion, after I asked, despite me asking nice) It was ~kinda busy, not really though. But I’ve worked fast food before, so I get it. Showed them the receipt and after 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby I got my food. Went outside and checked and I was missing part of the order. Went back inside and got that after some waiting. I’d also like to add that multiple other groups of people were asking about their orders that had been taking a long time.
Soap was also completely out in the bathroom and it was a bit dirty in there.

Filthy sidewalks and entry doors. Had to use kiosk no counter help . Waited 20 minutes for dine in order. Self serve soda counter / floor area wet with spilled liquids ( slip hazard)— employee aware . Big Mac cheese was cold and sauce placed on top of it made the burger slide all over ( big mess) . Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean . Will think twice about returning here.. Always the excuse ( short staffed).

Stopped on a Sunday afternoon. Restaurant was absolutely filthy, tables left dirty and trash cans inside overflowing. Their ordering system repeatedly “went down”. I waited 15 minutes for an order I had placed before this started happening. The staff refused to give me a refund and told me to wait. Fries and food was sitting ready to serve but the staff couldn’t figure out what was happening without the system telling them what to serve. When it was clear that food safety rules were being ignored and that they were serving drive through customers old food left. Pretty terrible look for a company that used to pride itself on quick service and cleanliness.

Stopped at the drive through on our way through town, we waited ~20 minutes in the drive through line (several people left the line due to the wait). Staff seemed very confused by our mobile order. Fortunately most of our order was correct. Doesn’t seem like long wait times is new for the location, but not what I expected from fast food drive thru.

Dirty mop left on the floor. Over 20 minute wait for food, and fries were cold when they arrived. Went to ask about status of order and the guy at the counter says “I don’t know about anything that goes on back there, I just work at the front. So I asked another person behind the counter and she says “well, I’m working on it!” in the rudest possible way. As it to say “of course it’s taking a long time!!”
When they did finally bring it out, no apologies. Just dumped it off like they just wanted us to eat and get out. Believe me, I wanted to eat and get out as quickly as possible, too.
I get it. It’s McDonald’s, so expectations are already low, but even for that this was ridiculous.

Ordered through drive through, waited 20 minutes for chicken, would have waited longer if we didn’t go inside to check on them, the place is a mess, we went back the next day for ice cream and all the employees were just tiptoeing past a huge spill.
