Our Chef Eric was very entertaining. He did a great job. The food was much better than I had at the Las Vegas Benihana and less than half of what I paid there. The atmosphere at Tori’s was a little plain but when Eric arrived you quickly forgot about that. Our meal was a great experience. I can’t understand some of the negative reviews. They made no sense to me.

Food was yummy! Prices are steep, $260 for my husband, my 22 y.o. daughter and myself for her bday dinner. The walls are just plain white all around, not pretty or fancy or anything to look at, at all. Been visiting this place for decades, but, yea, just really gives a zero for atmosphere sadly. I wish it was nicely decorated, especially given the prices you pay to eat. Oh, also sat in the bar for about 45 mins while waiting to be seated for dinner. This bartender didn’t look at me or acknowledge us being there PERIOD. Looked like she was sitting with 4 regulars her age, shooting the shit. Clearly she didn’t care at all about customers. As she HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Terrible.

Meal was good however waiter never checked on us or filled our waters until I called someone over to do it. Waited for 20 min after our meal was over to get boxes and a check. Bad service. Then on top of that they charged me 18% gratuity for just me and my daughter. Paid $120 for just us two at the grill. Much better places to eat that give better service. We will not be going back.

The Cook was very good and he had a good sense of humor too. The server was a little slow and I had to ask for my steam Rice And we ordered an appetizer and she forgot to bring 1 until we asked for it. It has been years since the last time I was here. The food was delicious.

Overall, $200 dinner for 4 people. My chef was amazing. He was attentive, kind, and funny as hell. Great cook. If it weren’t for him I would have gave them 0 stars. The waitress was nice but can improve on people skills and be more attentive to us she was gone a lot. They automatically charge an 18% tip on all hibachi orders. No kids menus, didn’t like that. No lunch menus. No specials. Forced to buy dinner only adult menu items for my young kids. I told the waitress in the beginning it was son’s birthday expecting a dessert and song and she said ok I got you, only at the end only to be told that the owner removed that from their menu and no longer allows that. The chef just sang a song for us. We are regular hibachi customers and have been to so many so I was so disappointed and shocked that they don’t do that, so was my son and he super sad. Will not be returning ever again. Also, owner doesn’t run the A/C in there, it was crazy hot.

The chef was entertaining and very good at keeping the energy up in the room. The waitress, however, was rushing my family and I to order our food every 2 minutes, even though we had just sat down. She even grabbed a menu out of my father’s hand and explained the menu to the rest of us as if we were 5. There was no need for her to do that anyway. She started being nice as soon as we were about to leave so she could get a nice tip, but we weren’t fooled by her character. It was my birthday and thank god the chef and the table in front of us brightened the mood, because the waitress was quite burdening to our night. (P.S. I didn’t have the chance to get the waitresses name, but she was old, had brown hair, and wore reddish lipstick). Go for the hibachi performance tho! I haven’t seen this on the restaurant’s website, but there is an automatic 18% graditude tip applied to your bill if you sit in an area where the hibachi chef cook. We were also taken to a hibachi dining area and not a regular table so this would’ve been nice to know beforehand. Otherwise, the vibe was fine the rest of the night.

ATTN MANAGERS AND OWNER-Just got home from my birthday celebration here, I could not have asked for a better time thanks to my cook Milo!! Big Ups big shout out to him!!!! Such professional and prompt service with some of the most outstanding flavor and well-cooked food I’ve ever had and this is not my first time here…. MILO MADE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEDIOCRE AND FANTASTIC!! I will definitely come back again because of him and the lady who took our orders what’s spectacular as well thank you so much to everyone including the bartender for awesome drinks even the host was great just a great experience all around I’m so happy I had such a great birthday thanks to toriis staff do not believe any bad reviews take it from me GIVE MILO A BIG RAISE OR BONUS PLEASE NOBODY COULD HAVE DONE BETTER IN MY OPINION!

This is honestly a really nice teppanyaki/hibachi spot. I feel like they’re perpetually understaffed because I’ve been here twice and even with a reservation it still takes 10-20 minutes to be seated, but that’s not on the employees though. The staff are super friendly and when you are seated, they’re hustling to get your drinks, take appetizer orders, and your entree orders. The chefs are characters, really funny dudes with funny jokes, catch phrases, and holistic interaction with the whole table. The performance and the flames are all very lively! As for the food? It’s pretty solid, no matter your entree order you’ll get some chopped up zucchini (one will be thrown into each patrons mouth, the rest is cooked), onions, and mushrooms; a veggie fried rice, and your entree all cooked up with a garlic compound butter, soy sauce, and whatever seasoning they have in those metal containers. Pretty solid spot! Also, the margaritas are strong AF (although I don’t really drink like that). They also have live Karaoke.

Fun, fun, fun and great food too! What an experience and our cook and waitress were hecka funny too! They are great and made the experience so much more memorable! The hibachi was sooooo much fun and really yummie and fresh! It was a lot of food too! The hibachi comes with soup, salad, fried or steamed rice, veggies, shrimp and your choice of meat(s). Again, our cook and waitress did such a wonderful job too. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone, especially with kiddos to come and enjoy the entertainment and delicious food.
