Fantastic gem in cute little town of Montgomery. In business since 1970, father and son have continued to keep it old diner great ✨ with good comfort home cooking food. The specials are creative and makes it hard to choose what to get.
Memories flood your mind when you see the old Woolworth’s style counter bar with stools, but cushy booths and tables are abundant for this small restaurant.
The staff gives old fashion great service, friendly, and just what you’d expect. Don’t give big box restaurant chains your money, eat local and you will see and taste the difference. Don’t skip this hidden gem next time you’re out and about and make a point to eat here!!

If you like great food , and great service here’s the place for you. I had asked for recommendations because I was stuck between their special ( I think a Caesar Wrap) and this platter right here . Never disappoints, the cinnamon toast was scrumptious let me just add real quick !!! ✨ If you like a good lowkey restaurant with great food this is the spot . I also love the cappuccino tho I say it’s still okay to drink since this weather is crazy , in the summer I’d personally get the raspberry tea ✨.LOOK AT THE BOARD ON UR RIGHT WHEN ENTERING, they have a lot of good platters on their !

It’s a classic diner with consistently good and service. My husband and I have tried numerous selections from the menu – everything has been good. My very favorite is the banana bread french toast breakfast. Yum!

What a gem! This charming hometown spot, open for over 50 years, was just what we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, inside and out.
We kept it simple for breakfast: two eggs, toast, and a side of ham off the bone. It was all perfectly cooked and wonderfully comforting.
The service was great, and the value was excellent. We even got to chat with George, the owner, a truly friendly and charming man. If you’re looking for that genuine old-time feel, you’ve got to try this place!

We drove 26 minutes just for Georges for breakfast. And it was worth it. Stacey was so sweet and great talking about the past. My son said the Hash Stack is the best thing hes ever eaten. He was to come back every morning. My daughter was in heaven with Nutella Pancakes.. she said they were amazing. I am so full and am so glad we came in.
