Absolutely disgusting service. The staff at this location are unbelievably slow, rude, and arrogant. There is zero urgency and clearly no interest in customer service. Watching employees move at a snail’s pace while customers wait is beyond frustrating.
Management either doesn’t care or has completely lost control of this location. The difference in attitude is obvious — the Spanish-speaking staff were polite, professional, and respectful, while the rest of the staff were careless, dismissive, and openly rude.
This location has gotten so bad that even my friends have stopped ordering from here entirely. That should tell management everything they need to know. Until the staff is replaced or properly trained, this franchise is not worth anyone’s time or money.

Not sure if the guacamole was soured or the Pico. Either way, the quesadilla was barely warm. Shredded cheese wasn’t melted and very little steak. There were more people standing around than helping customers. Shouldn’t take over 10 minute to get a single quesadilla. Restroom was clean so that is a plus

Please look into the behavior of the employees in the drive-through area. They are wasting a lot of time, and even when the order is ready at the window, they don’t hand it to the customer right away. Instead, they are busy doing other things and joking around inside. Manager, please take an action.

This Taco Bell is getting worse. Both times I’ve been, it’s been the same results. I only get a black bean burrito each time, and both times the results have been nasty. The second burrito was like a watery type bean sauce…disgusting. Not my go to Taco Bell anymore.

It seems like the quality of ingredients isn’t as fresh or crisp as it used to be, possibly due to more corporate oversight. Overall, it’s still okay for a quick bite, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if I had other options.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. We showed up at 9:15 pm and we walked to the doors and the worker ran to the door, locked it, and turned off the light. we got back into our bus and then he proceeded to turn the lights back on and open the doors. this is a terrible place, you do not treat costumers like this. DO BETTER!

This use to be my favorite location but I want to say the last month and a half to 2 months have really gone down hill. I believe they got a whole new staff because they have messed up my order or forgot half my order a few times. The drive thru from the time I paid to time I got my food was anywhere from 15 mins up to half hour, like tonight 20 mins with just me and someone behind me and 2 customers inside from what I could see. That is also not including the trip back after getting halfway home and realizing half my order was missing. I never had to double check my order here. Its not like I ordered alot I got a box for myself, a new chicken burrito for wife and a steak grill cheese burrito for daughter. Don’t get me started on the portions. I remember the steak grill cheese burrito (use to be my favorite too) had a good amount of steak for like $4 or $5 now over $7 and your lucky to get like 7 pieces of steak. Also I ask for fire sauce and with this type of order or larger they have a habit of giving me anywhere from 0 to 5 sauces, before they give me a handful, good thing I kept old extras. And now to the staff the old staff was always friendly and nice this new team just doesn’t seem to want to be there. It’s really sad what happen here but I won’t be returning to this location. P.S. this is mainly its the late night shift like after 9pm. Have not been there for breakfast or lunch in awhile.

After ordering for take out waiting inside they mentioned my name I go to the counter and they tell me my order is not ready to wait and that if I paid when I show them the proof plus in which all this time I’ve already waited 25 mins for. Then when I ask for a refund they say oh but her order is here . But still with no interest of giving it to me. Oh but you have to wait??? PLEASE HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES ASAP that actually care about the job and not purposely work slowly with no interest at all making unnecessary food waste or planned “waste”. The way they are handling the operation will for sure be seen in the decreasing number of sales. This is not the first bad review at this location with all due respect DO BETTER Business and Employees if not 1000% close the location and let another business that is interested in providing professional customer service and proper food handling safety procedures do business there.
OH lastly one of the employee was cleaning the tables people eat on with the broom used for the floor first.

Loving the Nacho Fries and the Cinnabon Delights! If only the service was a little faster. I ended up waiting 10 minutes before someone would take my order even though there was no one else at the drive through or in the resturant. Other than the slow service, the experience was above expectations. Very clean.
