I don’t know who’s working tonight creating straight magic, but whoever you are you absolutely killed it tonight, my pepperoni pineapple pizza was cooked to perfection. The exact ratio of pep to pine. Crispy bits on the pepperoni and not too floppy. This was a delight and I want to thank you. I have to say how incredible my bbq chicken pizza was last night! I order it often and it’s always good, but the one last night was the best ever! I asked myself what made the difference. I think it was the bacon. Very crispy and crumbled over…so I got that deliciousness in every bite! Btw…I did not order it as the typical menu offering. I did the hand tossed special, and added on the extra toppings. Fantastic!

In town for the week. Tried them and so glad I did. Got a 3 topping pizza and wings. Pizza was awesome and the wings were the best I’ve had in a while.

Ordered 2 Detroit Deep Dish at 5:25pm & told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived onsite at 5:50pm & told order not ready; at 6:10pm my son was told by front counter staff they didn’t know what was going on with the order & he continued to sit quietly & patiently to be called up for order; NO ONE bothered to ask him if he had been helped, what his order was, NOTHING. I came in at 6:25pm & was asked what I could be helped with. I restated what the order was & time ordered, he checked the “warming box” & there they sat for who knows how long. I told the staff this was unacceptable and poor service; they stated they could remake the pizzas, comp them or give me a refund. The pizzas weren’t even hot anymore, my family was hungry, I again told them this was unacceptable and “I’m Sorry” doesn’t cut it.
Management needs to do some serious retraining of staff on appropriate service & customer satisfaction.
STAY AWAY from this location & I will Never order from Blackjack again.

I’m not sure what happened at this location, but it has gone very downhill lately. Out of the last five times I’ve put in an order three of the times they simply lost my order and I had to wait while they remade it. The last time
I ordered using my blackjack rewards. I got my pizza, but it was only half done. Meaning like there was only toppings on half of the pizza. When I called to complain when I got home, I was told I could either come get a new one which meant driving 15 miles back-and-forth, or getting in store credit. I asked for credit. I called today to try and use that in-store credit and no one knew what I was talking about or couldn’t find anything in the system saying that I had a credit. I will never order from this blackjack again, it used to be so good and now it’s just awful. The one in Loveland is always great

Thought I would give these guys another try. Even worse than before same thing happened Where my pizza was mysteriously lost when I went to pick it up. I was told it would be 15 minutes longer, but it ended up being more like 45. I asked to speak to the manager someone was brought over who posed as a manager. I asked for my money back. He said he was doing it and then I would get my money back that was a lie, I did not get a refund and I will absolutely never come to this place again. Frequent, at least weekly customer of this location for 8 years.
I strongly encourage people to steer clear of this location.
Update 2 please see picture. Thought I would try again, WTH! why is there barely any cheese on this and why is it all in the middle and not spread around? This is why will go out of my way to go to the Loveland location. They know how to make pizza right.

The pizza was good. Average pricing, even got a discount I didn’t know about. Cheese bread came without marinara, which was disappointing. Cinnabar was especially good, but not cut well. They are currently only doing curbside pickup, which is kinda silly. A bunch of people sitting in their cars, poorly lit parking lot, had to wait about 10 mins past when my food was supposed to be ready.
