I was standing in line to pay for my order, and look over to the right and the guy cough over the pizza that he was making then wipe his noise, all while making a pizza, using no gloves. I asked the guy at the register was that something they allowed, he said “no” and continued to take orders. The pizza was not thrown away, it was put into the oven as if the guy didn’t cough on the pizza. Yep, no longer will be attending this place.

The quality of food is good. I love how the staff listens to what you want your order to be and actually give it to what you want. They have the best wings in town. They also have a lot of best prices too. And it feels good to go to a place when you ask for a well-done pizza. It doesn’t come burnt. I recommend this place to anyway and they actually been around for a very long time so they’re not new to it. They’re true to it. My apologies. I don’t have any pictures because my family said they didn’t want to take pictures eating. Next time I’ll take pictures of the food

First time in Buffalo and this place was recommended for ‘authentic’ Buffalo style pizza. Excellent, friendly service, great value. Staff recommended the pepperoni and cheese as well wanted to experience the authentic Buffalo pizza. The sauce was slightly sweet and the pepperoni was not like the usual pepperoni, it wasn’t salty, and had a very mild spice kick to it (not hot) very happy that we tried this place and would definitely recommend them to others

New to area have tried all others around me and none of them compare to metro pizza !!! Always super polite when taking my order my food always comes hot . The pizza is fantastic and gets to me like it just came out of the oven !!! I’ve had couple problems with my pizza because I like a little more sauce as well as cheese so at times they have not understood and sent it with less sausage and less cheese but they have come right back with new pizza the way I ordered it and have been so kind in doing so . There delivery guys are the best . I highly recommend them the food is the bomb !!! Thank you so much metro you are fantastic !!!

Chicken fingers are horrible. Should have been cooked longer and they are soaked with sauce. So reheating will be blah. I ordered pizza its amazing as always. Service great as always. Ill stick to the pizza.
