Will not order from here again. Twice I ordered through Take out and bot times the order was wrong. First time they forgot the gravy. Second time I ordered 1/4 chicken white meat and was given a freaking leg quarter. Gross. I don’t eat dark meat. Don’t even like wings. It’s always the white meat. Will never go here again and I will not recommend it either.

Had dinner with 2 of my friends at Tommy BBQ recently, and it was a hit! The beef ribs were tender and packed with flavor, and the garlic fries were an absolute must-try. Our waitress was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and added to the great experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving solid BBQ with top-notch service.

Tommy’s BBQ is an absolute gem! We had the beef ribs, and they were divine—tender, flavorful, and everything you could want in BBQ. The coleslaw was amazing, the perfect balance of creamy and fresh. And the cheesecake? Simply the best way to end the meal! The whole experience gave us that old TBQ vibe we’ve been missing. Our waitress, Rose, was incredible—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We just loved her! Can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend!

Just picked up a crispy fried chicken dinner from Tommy’s BBQ on Dougall, it was amazing The desserts are amazing as well special the strawberry Romanoff, and they also have red velvet they never disappoint always have a great meal there

If you’re from Windsor and enjoyed Tunnel BBQ (TBQ) when it was downtown, this place will bring back memories. They have all the old favorites from the Tunnel BBQ menu and several new items, such as pasta and steaks. The ribs are just as good as they were before. And, of course, the desserts are outstanding., My favorite is the Black Forest tort. If you don’t remember the TBQ, this would be a good place to try if you enjoy baked ribs and great food

Food portions are HUGE! The schnitzel dinner for $25 caught my eye as it said “huge” portion and I was skeptical at first. Coleslaw, cornbread, and beans was delicious. The beef ribs was very tender. The regular pork ribs and chicken needed some sauce for additional flavor, but it was decent. Great service for a group of 5. Went around 7pm for dinner and the place had ample room for a Friday night. Dessert was delicious and a bonus! Our server gave us an extra serving of cheesecake at no additional cost as my sister said she wanted to share mine, instead she got her own!

I suggested Tommy’s BBQ on Dougall,to my date. Neither one of us had been there. We both ordered the 1/4 chicken dinner, he had dark meat, I had the 1/4 white. Extremely dry, pretty disappointed. How do you screw up chicken? Even the cornbread muffin was dry..lol The only positive was that our waitress was very sweet..Not a place to rave about..We won’t be back..

Finally got to try this restaurant. I grew up in Windsor. Loved the TBQ and it’s Other Place. I had heard that Tommy’s was as good as the original and they didn’t disappoint. Wow, excellent ribs, crinkle fries and the coleslaw was bang on! TBQ lives on. Check it out. Service was excellent and friendly. Thank you!

We understand that it was New Year’s eve!!! BUT… my wife had to go to the “TAKE OUT ONLY” restaurant to put in an order due to them NOT answering the phone cause too many orders??? She got there at 5:05, ordered at 5:30 and got the food at 6:20 and the food was cold. She took a fry when she got in the car and it was COLD!!??? Can’t believe this is Tommy’s and this disorganized, not sure if we will ever eat there again was Very disappointed with the service and food. They had no bread sticks, no mozzarella sticks ans no mac & cheese. You have been in business for a very long time to not know what to expect on NEW YEARS EVE!!!!

Ended up here after Firehouse subs was packed. Nothing really caught my eye on the menu so I ended up ordering the servers recommendation which was the pulled pork sandwich. It was large, pork was tender but could have used more sauce. The cheese on it is a bit weird, and it made the BBQ sauce on the table just slide off. The wife ordered the clubhouse and said it was ok. Needed more mayo or sauce. Ordered dessert, the apple pie which I wasn’t aware it was a crumble topping one was trash. Dry, dense and little flavour. The rocky road cheesecake was pretty good. The place is very much for the older crowd, we were the youngest people there. The whole place was full of seniors which explains the basic menu items.
