I’m visiting from Texas and had to leave a quick review. The birria tacos were sooo good. Super flavorful, yummy, and you can tell they put love into their dishes!

The michelada was also delicious and perfectly balanced. I’m definitely picky when it comes to Mexican food and this spot really impressed me. If you’re in Portland, definitely stop by. I will for sure be back next time I’m in town!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this cute spot. The food was amazing. Flavorful and no dry chicken to be found. Service was lovely and a heated patio during the gray cold days is truly one of my favorite things. I will definitely be back. I also love the baskets on the table to encourage an electronics free experience.

My wife’s pickleball group recently had a birthday celebration here, that included close to 20 people. I have to say, normally experiences like this are met with a frantic wait stuff (which is understandable) and rushed service (also understandable given a party of such size is taking up numerous tables). However, the staff at a Que Pasa didn’t miss a single beat.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more collected wait staff that appeared to give each individual attention to their orders, and were also prompt in bringing out food, drinks, etc., AND following up with how everything tasted, and coming back for multiple checks on water, and if we needed anything else. Seriously my mind is blown. Whoever our server was at around 6:00 p.m. on January 17th (tall guy with dark rimmed glasses), you are truly an awesome, and patient server, and I am blown away by your kindness and service.

Included in this is the very good food. The tortilla chips seemed to be made in house, and are really really good, and fresh. My fish tacos were absolutely amazing, and my wife’s chicken dish was very good as well. The tacos I had had great sauce, and the fish was nice and fresh with a little crispiness to accentuate the textures in the dish. The portions are generous. Also, yes, I almost forgot the potatoes ole which are really great, as well.

Again, overall, just an above and beyond experience here with such a large party. Can’t say enough great things about this place. I will be coming back for sure!

Jesus was a very nice server, unfortunately he left us to go work in the kitchen because they were swamped with a 20 person party which he warned us about. The atmosphere is cute, I like the decor, but it was really cold even sitting inside.
The food was really bland , rice and beans were lacking in flavor. I ordered medium rare steak and got rare steak but they nicely took it back for me. They forgot the flour tortillas and didn’t check on us for what felt like ten mins… My fiancé ordered a wet burrito which we were charged for and it came out not wet. The chips and salsa were pretty mid. The chips were stale, and some of them were chewy. The iced tea didn’t taste fresh, either it had been made days before or the container hadn’t been washed in a long time because it tasted dirty. Once again great staff, not their fault that the kitchen can’t cook lol

Our server was so sweet and did a great job. We got the slushy house margs, chips/guac/salsa app, and shared fajitas. Everything was so delicious. The lack of air conditioning was the only downside because it was pretty hot outside, but definitely would recommend this restaurant. Great food and great service!

Lived here for 2 years now and this place is the best for mexican food. The food is authentic and the chips and guacamole are so delicious. I hate going to the fancier mexican places now, they’re pretty but nothing in Portland can compare

First time here, absolutely love the whole experience. The ambiance and decor inside and outside is beautiful and inviting and the customer service is awesome. I can’t even say how delicious the food was, everything we tried was so delicious! Can’t wait to come back to try the tamales and the queso.

We are so happy we found this restaurant. The service was great, everyone was very friendly. Very delicious azteca soup! The nacos are the best we’ve had. You can tell the chips are homemade and the portion is more than generous. Fresh ingredients. Next time we are in Portland we will visit again. Thank you for a great meal and a wonderful experience!

It is a nice time of year to sit outside in their enclosed patio area. Robbie the waitstaff was very attentive and kind and was very accommodating to accessibility needs, thank you!

Food was great. The chicken flautas were so good, the green sauce really pops with flavor. The enchilada casserole was super delicious. It comes with a salad which was good but it comes on the same plate whi h made the lettuce warm which is less desirable. The green goddess dressing is yum! I’ve been here before and had a different dish with rice and the rice was dry. I would say it was the same this time a little on the dry side, but overall the meal was delicious.

Accessibility:
I don’t feel the inside or patio is wheelchair accessible enough.

Size accessible in some areas and there are two patio areas where the further back patio area is more spaced out for size accessibility. All outside seating is picnic table style, inside has tables which chairs and one area with bench and chair seating.
Accessibility for those with mobility devices may be more comfortable in the further back patio area (again a wheelchair cant fit through the access points from inside but there were some doors that open from inside the patio to the sidewalk, just not certain a wheelchair could fit).
There are a couple small steps and angled and uneven spots to walk on to access back patio areas.
