It’s okay. Small, compact, and easy to get in and out of. Quality of food and service depends on the local schools condition. Do not expect good service during midterms or end of year exams.
In other words if you know the school you know this location, and food quality. But most of time good quality food. Just go easy on them, they’re just kids after all.

I was trying to get to the Howard Payne football game, to watch my daughter perform at halftime. Due to me having to work today I was already going to be running a very tight schedule. Didn’t have a chance to eat so I thought I would stop in real quick and get a pretzel with cheese and a drink. After I had ordered, I realized I didn’t have my card and all the cash I had was $100 bill. I made sure and let them know in advance and they said that it would be no problem. I assumed that because I told them in advance they would bring the change out with them, but that didn’t happen. It took 10 minutes for her to get back with my change putting me even further behind. After I left I realized they didn’t give me the cheese that I asked for. So I turned back around and went through the drive-thru thinking it would be quick, again not what happened. I explained to the girl that I had ordered two pretzels with cheese and of course I didn’t get my cheese sauce. She leaves and comes back to the window with one cheese sauce. I explained to her that I had just told her I ordered two pretzels and didn’t get either of my cheese sauce so she left again to go get the other one. This now has put me 20 minutes late. I should have arrived at the game at 1:30 and because of what I thought would be a quick stop ended up putting me an hour late instead of just 30 minutes.

So sad that when there’s only three vehicles at the whole place I had to push the red button, wait for it to time out, press again and repeat a total of three times before even getting my order taken. The tone when my order was finally taken was terrible, like she felt bothered by having to take my order. So sorry to bother you people.

Bought dinner for my kids here and I live an hour away from Early…. I paid the extra charge for the upgrade for the combos to a large and this is what a large tot is here … Not even half way filled up… It’s ridiculous….

The food is great, the severs are nice. The only problems I have is that consistently items are left off of orders. For example despite asking for Marianna sauce with every mozz order it’s always something I have to ask for after. Forgotten straws, etc every time it’s something I have to chase down someone after to ask for. It’s really just the small stuff that happens on every visit. Still a great place to go!

Ordered a bogo cony special on the app and only got one. Told the waitress and showed her the app. She said she would take care of it and chatted with a customer for some time. Finally got her attention and asked her where it was she said my receipt and only showed one and would not give me the other. Why didn’t she say that in the first place. Told her it was not my fault but the apps. No help. Very indifferent and rude.

I ordered a small chili cheese coney and it had three short black hairs in it covering the length of it almost like it was done purposely, making sure I’d eat one of the hairs. They offered to make another but that was so disgusting I just wanted my back. That absolutely disgusting. I rarely ever eat at this Sonic because of problems yrs ago but apparently they’ve gotten worse. I wish I could post a picture of it.

I came to this sonic on 2/9 and I ordered a country fried steak sandwich meal. The groovy fries tasted like old Grease dripping with grease. Steak sandwich was soggy not crunchy at all. This is not the first time. Please just do better. Things are not cheep now days to be getting this kind of service and produce.
