FIRST, let me say I’m happy to go to a family owned business where the owners are local. I’ve met the husband and wife and they’re lovely people. I had been a vegetarian for 24 years until I smelled the cooking when I walked in and that was it, I was done. DELICIOUS burger!!! I got the mushroom Swiss. Nice n juicy – not greasy..just perfect. I won’t eat a burger anywhere else now. I also have to mention the fried mushrooms they slice them. They’re …Oh Lord they’re delicious. Then, while I was there a few weeks ago, I noticed that you can order cakes and also pies. I ordered an Italian cream cake or otherwise known as an Italian wedding cake. I think it’s another name for it and I also ordered an apple pie for my friends and she hates me now., lol. She’s in LOVE with the way the pie was made. First time at this, the new location. Had a great dinner and a great conversation with Tony. Burgers are fresh with a good seared patty seasoned well. Fresh cold vegetables. The chicken Tenders with house made buffalo sauce are delicious. Best French Fries around, twice cooked to get them crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Excellent buns for the hamburgers. OHHH my everyone, you have to stop by Uncle Tony’s cafe in Porter, Texas. The absolute BEST burger this side of the Mason Dixon line. Burgers so big it’s hard to get your mouth around them and the mozzarella cheese bites are homemade just like everything on the menu. Thank you for blessing us with your amazing homemade delicious food.

My husband and I tried this place out for the first time this evening. The food was really good. He ordered the cheesesteak and the bread was crunchy but so soft inside and very flavorful. I got the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings (hand cut fries and onion rings) and it was delicious. We also tried the fried pickles and they weren’t overly salty at all. The owner was very nice and everything was made fresh. It was also clean and a cute space.

We tried Uncle Tony’s today for breakfast with our grandson! It was delicious. The Big Taco was divine! But huge. Everything is cooked from scratch right down to dessert! The staff is super friendly.
We had a long day and no dinner plans so came back for dinner! Shared the award winning ultimate rattlesnake burger and had to try the trash can tacos! Sweet potato fries and reg fries, no tiny short fake fries here! This will definitely be a new go t place! Convenient on FM 1314 right off 99!

The Rattlesnake burger was fantastic. Great flavor and spiciness culminating into a great mouthful.
The fresh cut fries were a bit well done and dry.
Overall a good lunch.
There is no “cheap” meal here. Though, you pay for what you get, and you shouldn’t be disappointed.

Food was phenomenal! I had the juicy Tony and my husband had the ultimate rattlesnake. The fresh cut fries, fresh cut sweet potato fries, and onion rings were out of this world. We did get some carrot cake to go. Customer service was excellent! They do breakfast tacos as well. We will definitely be coming back.

First time there. The place is clean and inviting. The food delicious! This was the best burger I have had in years. The fries and onion rings couldn’t have been better. Everything is so fresh! It will definitely be a to go to place for burgers from now on.

I had the chicken wings and fries. It was made to order and the fries are skin on. They bread the wings before frying so the meat is moist not dry. Nothing fast about the food here. Try uncle Tony’s and you won’t be disappointed. The bar needs to be wider. The way it’s constructed now it’s not possible to belly up to the bar. It would be hard to eat over your plate without scraping your knees on the structure.
