If i could leave zero stars i would! Everytime i have ordered from this store (unfortunately it automatically chooses this store for me on online ordering) they mess my order up! I have been to the store to show them proof and they hardly wanted to help me! They need to close this location!!! My most recent order clearly says no tomato sauce! Then its on the wrong pizza on top of that!

This location is terrible. I ordered two pizzas for delivery, but I only received one. The driver was almost an hour past the delivery estimated time. I understand it’s only an estimate but come on now. The driver didn’t knock on my door. She just left the one pizza she did deliver outside on the ground. I called the store and got no resolution. I was on hold for 21 minutes. I just hung up and thought I will take this as a lesson learned to never order Domino’s again. Whoever owns this location needs to reconsider being an entrepreneur because they are failing big time.

I recently did a delivery order with this location and I asked for my pizza to be cut in pies, not Squares. I also ordered 5 Sauces that I paid for. When my delivery came, the pizza was cut in Squares and I didn’t receive any of my 5 sauces that I paid for. When I called the shop, I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered. After I told the employee about my messed up order, she said she was going to talk to her manager and put me on hold. I was on hold for another 30 minutes!!! I hung up. It was my first time ordering Domino’s in years, they will never get my business again!!!!

Update – December 2025:
I went back & ordered from this location again & I’m removing a star for the burnt & minimally sauce (dry) pizza I received (see attached). I’ve ordered from here several times & it’s declined eat time from my January 2024 post. The most recent pizza gets a 3 out of 10 for taste. The topping for the Handed Tossed 14″ ExtravaganZZa were good but their was little to any sauce in some areas & the crust was extra extra toasty.

Kudos to the team who made my pizzas on the night of January 19th, they were delicious!! I have not eaten at Domino’s in a VERY LONG time so coming back to these two delicious pizzas was a great way to return! The only downside was there was not enough chicken on the BBQ chicken pizza, only a few scattered around the pizza, but the taste was delicious. I will definitely order from this location again! The food & service at checkout were great!

I ordered 1 sausage, 1 pepperoni. The sausage tasted ok. The pepperoni smells and tasted weird and awful. I thought maybe it was just me but my wife also refused to eat it after taking a bite. We just threw the whole pizza away!
Please try to hire good, clean, and hygienic people. I like pizza but I’m kind a traumatized now. I’m just going too stay away from pizza from now unless I can really trust the place that’s making the pizza. Yuck!!!

.worse Domino’s there is! Delivery order took so long just for 1 small pizza, pasta bowl, and salad. When it arrived the pasta bowl was not only cold but deed not contain ingredients requested (which were black olives, onions, mushrooms…however the only request correct was the black olives…also, a salad was ordered and was not received. This is after waiting 45 to 60 minute’s. The only part of the order that was acceptable was the small pizza, which was cold was included the correct toppings. We called to speak with someone at this location, but after 1 hour I had to insist my husband to hang up as they knew we were calling to complain about their service. I expect Domino’s to issue a full refund as the order was incorrect, not complete and ridiculously long since we are only 5 minutes from there store.

The employees are nice when i’m in there but whoever is making the pizza should be fired. Pizza always under baked. Can’t ever grab a slide without it falling apart becasue it is always so doughy and underbaked. Then it’s cut without any care in the world. Stupidest pizza cutting ive ever seen in my life. I wish I had a picture to show how bad the pizzas here are cut and they’re cut the same way every single time. just lazy. It is not hard to cut four equal sizes. The way they cut the pizzas here it’s like you get 3-4 big slices and the rest are miniature. it’s infurating when my kids are later fighting about who gets the bigger slices. please learn how to make pizzas. I won’t be buying from this dominoes anymore.

Picked up a Brooklyn style XL pepperoni pizza. I checked it and it looked like a regular large pizza, so I decided to measure it when I got home. Pulled out my measuring tape and sure enough, it was a 14 inch pizza, not 16 inches like they advertise. Called the store and the manager or whoever tried to claim that it was a 16 inch pizza. As you can see from the pics, it’s not.
They were going to send a replacement and the store wanted the pizza back. I changed my mind and wanted a refund instead because I had lost my appetite for it.
I wonder how many people have paid for an XL pizza but only got a regular large pizza…
