Service is good , restaurant is clean the only bad thing about this location is some of the food , they’re not using fresh ingredients and the amount of chicken is not what you paid for , I asked for a double portion of chicken is looks the same as regular portion .

I was starved for some Polo Loco…so I drove a few miles more to my favorite. It was so worth it! 5☆’s across the board…Taste…Value ($20 for 12 pieces, 3 large sides…salsa and tortillas) …and Service, I couldn’t bring up my coupon but they honored it anyway!
In extremly trying times as these…I really needed some satisfaction…and I got it!

Worst meal in years! I was shocked when I saw how pathrtic the food looked. It was dry and tasteless. I wasted 11 bucks. If your food tastes worst than supermarkets, why bother selling it at all?

Worst pollo loco I ordered two orders of borrow taco and a burrito they only gave me two boxes. First time ordering I thought they had put the burrito with the tacos. Waste of time employees also do not greet you at the speaker. Management needs to step in and train these workers the correct wqy

Always good chicken was what I used to say , about this location . I have had problems here in the past and things were looking up . Were looking up . Tonight I went for dinner about 7:00 PM. In the past I e had discussions with mgt. about difference between fresh food and food prepared earlier in the day . And putting a little effort into preparing a order and quality control before sending it out . I ordered a 3 piece combo ( (breasts only) yes I know they charge extra but I want chicken not bones), with steamed veggies, mac and cheese with flower tortillas. Also 1 order of the new chicken nachos. To go . Home is literally 2 minutes away. What I got was 3 small hard rubbery breasts with overcooked microwaved veggies, the tortillas were wet and sticky like they came out of the bottom of the warming bin and had water spilled in the bin to keep them soft . The nachos were a mess of smaller broken chips like the bottom of the bag .
I eat at the village at least twice a week .

McDonald’s . I like chicken and its healthier for me than the other places . But I can’t keep eating poorly made food or I half to go elsewhere.

Horrible experience the employees are rude. We ordered salads and they didn’t tell us they did not have any dressing for them. So when we got them and I asked for some they said they didn’t have any. I asked why didn’t they tell us when we said we wanted a salad instead of telling us AFTER we got them. If that was not bad enough the chicken in the salad was burnt. We will never come back to this location.
