This restaurant name had been changed to different names through out the years. I remember the first manager from years ago were so nice. She gave me a free dessert to try. Unfortunately they must’ve sold the business.

They are called biryani house and they do indeed make pretty good biryani. But besides that everything else is questionable. I ordered seekh Kabab and they were completely dry and tasteless. Too spicy to eat. I will never order anything other than biryani from here. I am sorry for this review but it was a bad experience

I am very regular customer here. I even rated this restaurant 5 star previously. It’s pathetic timing. I ordered food when I am in New York. It took 1hr 20 mins total with train + car from midtown to Princeton to restaurant. The food was still not ready. When asked being told talk to front desk. Front desk says they are busy and couldn’t get orders but all others who came later and dining are getting food.

Update(11/16/2021): I recently bought Hyderabadi Mughalai Goat Biriyani and the goat pieces were completely uncooked. Did not meet FDA guidelines. I literally had to throw the whole dish. I informed the staffs but they were inexperienced and did not care. Usually this recipe biriyani would be with bones but this time, the biriyani rice and the meat were from different dishes interchanged. No staffs asked whether I wanted bones in or without. Disappointed. Getting very commercialized and quality is downgrading.
5/24/2021: If you are around this area or shopping near the Indian bazaar, you should try this restaurant. They also do have a lot of vegetarian options. Especially the Indo-Chinese food are really great. The aroma & spices of the biriyani makes a key difference here compared to other restaurants. The staffs were very kind, welcoming and customer centric.

Ordered Mutton Dum biryani, chicken tikka masala and chicken chettinad with garlic naans for to go. All the items are good except Mutton Dum biryani. Mutton pieces are so hard and not chewable. We have to throw the pieces and eat only rice. Rice is also not as expected .Called and complained but the reply from the front desk lady is that “she checked with kitchen and the biryani will be like this here and some pieces may be hard and that’s expected and they can’t do anything with it”. I was shocked with her reply.Did not expect the quality of the food and the way of the customer service we received.

After my 3rd time here dining and take away from all the way Long Island, I must say chicken Biryani’s are on the point, taste aroma and quality and last but not least Quantity.
Ample of parking space, dining ambience is great and staff is awesome.
