“Costa Vida” means, “Life On The Coast”. They’re definitely a cut above Taco Time, Taco Bell, and my dead mom’s attempt at cooking. Beto’s and Rancheritos would give Costa Vida a run for their money, but only by a very narrow margin. Costa Vida makes their food fast and fresh. Their fish is as fresh as physically feasible, given the simple fact that the ocean is 808 miles from Layton, Utah. (The freshest fish sandwich I’ve ever had was from a sharknado in Florida. Just kidding.) I pick up a lot of orders at Costa Vida, and they’re always friendly. The food is NOT always made on-time, when the store is busier than a kangaroo at a backpack flea market, but, they do the best they can. They’re busy because they’re popular. I picked a table next to a rather rotund woman, who loved to eat, as much as myself. She asked me, “You’re not stalking me, are you?” I immediately put her mind at ease, and replied, “Why would YOU be worried about that?” I don’t remember anything after that. I woke up, hours later, with a splitting headache, and with Costa Vida takeout sitting on my chest. Now THAT’S what I call “hospital food”. [][][]

Honestly no words can describe the experience I had at costa Vida today. I was welcomed in by an attractive young man. Throughout the whole line I was treated so well. Each and every employee were very kind. I really just loved the cashier boy Brodrick. Brodrick greeted me and ensured my experience at costa Vida was superior. Honestly this experience was fantastic because of Brodrick. Special shout out to that wonderful young man.

It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers on all fronts—great food, welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding customer service—but Costa Vista did just that. I left feeling happy, satisfied, and genuinely impressed. I’ve been to many restaurants before, but very few have made such a positive impression. Brodrick’s kindness and attention to detail turned what could have been an ordinary meal into a truly memorable experience. When it came time to ring up my order, Brodrick was efficient and organized. He double-checked my items to make sure everything was correct, applied any available discounts, and thanked me sincerely for choosing Costa Vista.

Very good food. Always consistent in quality. Great staff. Manager is friendly and knows the regular customers. This restaurant is always clean and have witnessed stove, vent, and other deep cleaning going on during slow times. High manager presents in restaurant. They don’t over spice the meat as some Costa Vida’s do.

I really want to say thank you to this costa vida for getting me what I needed(rice and sour cream) I was at the Kaysville location and they were out of rice for my burrito and I called farmington costa vida and you guys hooked me up with rice and the customer service was so thoughtful from both the cashier and I believe shift manager. Thank you for your excellent service for providing me with what you did even though you didnt have to! Kindness goes a long way and i will be coming back here because of the phenomenal care! Thanks again! Stephanie and Broderick were the helpers! Thank you so much! Give them a big raise!
