Been to many Birria places. The only positives are the consume was tasty and spicy sauce was great. Service was nice, and friendly. The meat we asked specific just firm meat, and we got it mixed. Had to picked out all the fat and skins too many. Do Not care to go back.

I tried the torta with pork and it was delicious! My friend received her meal but said it was too salty. After mentioning it to their staff, the cook prepped up another immediately and personally brought the plate to us. To be passionate about their food, you know they’ll be passionate about their customer service. Will definitely come back for more!

We visit Birreria y taqueria Sebastian very often and food is always delicious. This weekend we had a family get-together and ordered catering for 20 people and we were not disappointed we got quesabirrias made of beef and goat. They provided Both green and red Salsas, limes and cilantro and onion. Also provided enough consome for all our guest. Quesabirrias stayed crispy. Will defenetly order catering from here again.

Ordered Ramen Birria . They use the tapatio instant noodles cups. When they brought it out the noodles were still not fully cooked so I closed the lid and had to wait a few more minutes. It felt like the broth needed to be heated up more. I ordered it with carne de chivo . The broth was good but I’ve had other broths that have more flavor and more red in color. I had to keep putting lime and some red sauce to give it more taste. It was not accompanied by a taco like other places I’ve been when you order consomés.
My daughter had 3 steak tacos she said they were good.
Waiter never came back to see if we needed anything else.

True birria is hard to come by in the Midwest it’s 96% of the time beef (barbacoa) true birria is goat more flavorful without all the gross things they do to American cattle if you’re eating goat, mutton, lamb, or venison rest assured it’s not americanized i.e. hormones, inbreeding, disease, ammonia baths and then nitrates. They are professional owner on site over seeing. I love everything about America but we mess the food up. These guys do it right
