Ordered a P1 (combination pho) for my first visit. The broth was pretty good alone, didn’t have to add a whole lot to it which is a plus. The bowl itself was huge, so you do get a very generous portion. I’ll probably go check out some of the other menu items at some point. As far as the pho goes, I’d honestly prefer some others in town.

Nothing is authentic here. They have too many things on the menu. They use so much bottled walmart sauces it’s not even funny. Mangolian shrimp? Swimming on lawry’s terayki sauce with an overload of ginger. No peppers no onions. Nothing cooked with oil. Worst restaurant for Asian food I’ve ever had food from. Had to put it in another container cause it leaked everywhere

This authentic Pho was a delight, I have not had any Pho for years and this Palace delivered! I could taste every herb and the layers of flavor just burst in my mouth. The family who owns this have their great aunt and their uncle and cousin working, they embody their culture first with authentic Vietnamese food and the culture of family is strong and the love visual as Adam ,our waiter sang and hosted out front. It was a pleasure to see, hear, smell, and taste the authenticity here, a clean and happy restaurant. Their reputation preceeded them, and delivered, the necessary 10 stars . I can not wait to go back, nor can my 82 year old mother.

Environment is nice, the people friendly and the food tasty (if you like your broth on the slightly saltier side). However, service was slow and very disorganized and we weren’t given then exact food we ordered. Ordered 2 brisket Pho and both came out with different kinds of mixed meat. If they can polish up their service speed and attention to the order it would be a solid stop.

Moving from CA, we knew it might be hard to replicate delicious Pho. Newly opened Pho Palace did not disappoint. Clean, flavorful broth, quality steak and chicken (wife & I) and an authentic array of garnish. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

I tried this new restaurant several times via DoorDash and they got my orders on time. The foods are good especially their rice dish and vermicelli. The Pho broth is okay with a smaller portion when comparing with another restaurant nearby. Glad to have more selections in Bentonville!
