Accuracy and service has gone downhill within the last couple years. Ordered diet coke today and employee ensured me it was diet. It was not. For people with dietary restrictions that is not a small error to make. I’m glad I tested it first.

Pulled up to the window to pay, lady was kind of grouchy, after I paid I got my two drinks and she told me to have a nice day and shut the window. She took an order and then opened the window and looked at me like I was weird or something and I said, “I’m still waiting on my food” she then turned around grabbed my food and handed it to me. They forgot to put my two hashbrowns in the bag as well. Not a very good experience.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Wisconsin! Ordered DoorDash well before they closed, and the McDonald’s never made the food and never handed the food to the dasher. This McDonald’s is extremely lazy. 0-10 would not recommend.

while this location is usually fine, the past two times I have gone the food has been cold, which is so disappointing. then most recently, they gave me the wrong sandwich. so to have cold fries and a cold wrong sandwich just really steered me away from coming to the Falls Rd location.
