Man, we had a time last night! I’m originally from Atlanta (Candler Rd) and partied in Chit Chat a many a nights so coming back home for a friend’s birthday and hanging out with my brother, DJ Smack was a real treat! The DJ Smack Show never disappoints!

They sold me 8 tiny bite size wings. The smallest wings I’ve ever seen in my life, with a very small portion of fries. I had to complain to the owner. I don’t think that was fair. It was less than 10 pieces of fries. For $16. I would’ve expected to get at least 10 baby wings and a good amount of fries. Instead, I was just giving a few more fries.

Chit Chat lounge is off Candler Road in Decatur. It is featured on Streetz94.5 as the spot to go to on Wednesday nights. The cover charge is reasonable for $10. They also run a $3 drinks special. The music is current. Lots of Rap and Hip Hop and well, twerking. The toilets are usable but still under construction. There is free parking and also valet parking.

One of the longest standing and entertaining nightclubs in Atlanta.
The area is in is definitely considered “the hood”but Chit Chat hires the staff needed to do their best to ensure that your car is safe in the parking lot and that you’re safe inside the club. Great sound system and DJ. And by the way, great food too! Lots of room, good atmosphere. Enjoy!

I went to this place friday because it was recommended by one of my sisters friends.First red flag the coverage charge was $20 and i wanted to leave then because there was nobody in there and i feel like a good business that is ran well won’t charge a cover until they are actually packed. Second flag was when me and the people I came with tried to order food and the food was definitely over priced but i was hungry. Yall i can’t make this up they were out of dough for the pizza special they had the server took our order and we literally were waited over an hour for some wings and a philly and after a hour the server came back and said the grill wasn’t working so we had to change our order which was another 15 mins on top of waiting a hour and when we ordered the place was damn there empty. They offered us free round of drinks that we never got because the bartender never took our order. The service was terrible the wings were mediocre but the dj was great and atmosphere did change but it was not worth the $20 charge cover. I rarely write a review especially a bad one for a black business but YALL NEED TO DO BETTER ASAP

This is definitely a hood spot, but man was the hospitality great. I’m hood myself and I’m from Florida my crew and I came with Cuban links and wicks. We knew it was rough area but to be honest I felt very safe. The staff wasn’t stingy with the liquor secret was cool. But the hospitality was great they ensured to make sure we left safe.
