Came to The Chicken Shack hoping for a wonderful dinner. First off, its a Pepsi place. Be prepared for that. I highly recommend the chicken! Excellent breading, excellent flavor. Cooked perfectly. I do not recommend the sandwiches. We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and the Bacon Blue Cheese sandwiches. Flavors are fantastic. I loved the blue cheese and grilled onions. But they have the wrong bun paired with the sandwiches. The bun can’t hold up to the sauce, and just fell apart. As you can see from the photo, the dressing was all over the place before we started. Thankfully, it tasted so good, we just switched to forks, and enjoyed the finish. Salad sides were great. And the onion rings and sweet potato fries were cooked well and tasted good. I’m not a fan of their standard shoestring fries. Its a personal preference. If you look at the picture, its because you end up with a little 1 inch fry, as well as a 5 inch fry. Size matters. As long as the ratio of larger to smaller fries is good, its okay. They tasted great. I enjoyed them. Overall, definitely worth the visit. I’m coming back for the chicken.

They love to burn your tenders and send them out to you anyways. They are awful and I do not recommend going here. Called to have them fix it and they said we can’t help you, we’re out of chicken. Awful customer service and had to ask to be refunded and told me I have to call tomorrow.

Was just there today. Costumer service was great and the food was rly good aswell. Our food was hot and fresh really really good… I had the bbq sauce and my friend had the mild sauce. We are 19 but the kids meals got us full. The price was fair for how good the food was. Very clean too and the vibes were right.

First time eating there and definitely the last. The young lady at the register seems miserable to be working and had the personality of a brick wall. Had a very simple order that they somehow screwed up. Went back in to show her and she seemed bothered that I was complaining that they didn’t make my chicken sandwich right. Owner should do some serious quality control in his establishment.

Ordered food my order showed up an hour and 10minutes later. My fried mushrooms were cold and half the order missing, my chicken was over cooked and my fries were cold and soggy. Just horrible don’t waste your time nor your money here you will be disappointed for sure.

My mom and I are from Moses Lake and had to stop to check it out after hearing it advertised on the radio. We were not disappointed! It was such a great dinner, we shared the 5 peice chicken fingers with sweet potatoes fries, it was plenty of food, fresh and absolutely relishes, very sweet lady behind the counter! We need a chicken shack in Moses Lake, great place to watch a game and enjoy a drink!! Great atmosphere!

Me and my son had a delicious lunch! We tried the fried chicken tenders and fries, and I got the traditional chicken salad. So yummy! It’s a little more expensive than I thought, but was worth paying a little more for better quality than your original fast food. Would definitely recommend trying it out!

I don’t know what to say about my crispy chicken salad. Or where do I start the chicken was quite dry and there was so much of it I literally covered the whole salad. I didn’t know what was underneath. Then I figured out what was underneath and found tomatoes that were pretty wilted and weren’t edible because they were so warm from the chicken. I found some cut up onions in a corner. It was oddly put together I don’t know what kind of lettuce they use but I think it was romaine heart. Lots of people recommend this place for this crispy chicken salad and I don’t know why because I’ve ordered from two other places now and they were much better this place just really did not have any flavor to their salad. Then let’s talk about the salad dressing you get very little salad dressing unless you want to buy extra thank goodness I did. So really what you order is a crispy chicken cut up and you have to pick through it. I was very very disappointed in the end. If I could suggest anything maybe put the chicken to the side or others have put it in some tin foil on top so it’s not wilting the salad and toppings like cheese and stuff and then people can mix their own salad.
